Located near the south west coast path for breathtaking walks. The property has fabulous views of the ocean from the lounge, sunsets are amazing. Ideally located for visiting all Cornwalls attractions and has parking for 2 cars with enclosed garden.

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. The outside area is a real suntrap, perfect for those morning coffees and evening BBQ's. An ideal base to explore from.

Coastal, Countryside annex

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Sunny Orchard Lodge, Porthcothan, Cornwall

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Sunny Orchard is a brand new (2025) 40ft x 20ft lodge. Situated on a farm, you can enjoy the far reaching views across open fields and towards the sea from the extensive decked area. We are a short walk to the beach and South West footpath and the bus stop. With a Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite and a twin room with 2 x 3ft singles, plus a sofa bed, this lodge is perfect for couples, quiet groups or family get away.
