Our home is in the heart of 'Poldark Country' in West Cornwall close to the cliffs and moors. The area is renowned for the views, the light and the open space. The accommodation is a self contained flat attached to our house with it's own separate entrance. We are in a small village with a pub and Meadery less than 2 minutes walk away. Other attractions nearby are Geevor Tin Mine and St Just. St Ives, with it's artistic buzz and beaches, and busy Penzance are an easy drive or bus ride away.

A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. A coastal retreat ideal for remote work.

Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Provided is a fridge, toaster/kettle, TV & WiFi. Please note as an alternative to a cooker a combination microwave oven is provided. The apartment offers private gated parking . The beach and coastal path is a 10 minute walk. Take a walk/cycle to St Michaels Mount, a scenic train ride to St Ives or an excursion to Isles of Scilly.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Godrevy is a newly renovated coastal retreat attached to a family home with separate entrance with key safe and private parking. Perfect for couples the spacious lounge/diner has a fitted kitchen, central heating, comfy sofa with 43 inch smart television and wifi. Separate en-suite bedroom with kings size bed and Emma mattress, bath with shower & heated towel rail. Outside there is a private patio area with table and chairs.

Our Courtyard Apartment is a comfortable, quiet, first floor flat with garden & country views. Light and spacious, situated in the country near Mylor, it is perfect for exploring Cornwall. We are walking distance from Mylor Bridge & Pandora Inn, close to Mylor Sailing Club, within 10 mins from the University Campus at Penryn and 15 mins from Falmouth. We don't accept pets in this apartment but we do in our other accommodation.
