Surrounded by picturesque homes and tree-canopied streets, it’s a perfect combination of peace and quiet alongside accessibility. Dozens of local shops and fabulous PDX restaurants, just a 10 minute walk away. Five minutes to freeway access, guests enjoy convenient options, exclusive privacy, and detailed designer touches. A perfect base camp for an extended PNW exploration, or a weekend getaway!

Spacious, bright garden studio on Peninsula Park

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Enjoy your private deck over the shared garden with hammock and H/C outdoor shower. Bus and train nearby with ample on-street parking.

Hidden Garden Cottage

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Blocks away from Mississippi Ave, this darling designer/ curator owned home is the perfect base for your Portland adventures. Recently renovated, this 1927 home features old Portland charm, contemporary finishes and art covering most every wall. Walkable to everything that Portland is renowned for: restaurants, breweries, coffee roasters, music venues and shops. Minutes from City Center via very close public transportation, bike or car share. The basement in-law suite is owner occupied.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.
