Spicy Villa is an amazing place to stay, made so by its beautiful location, its comfort and perhaps more importantly the way that Denny, Keith and Karen (the amazing staff) welcome and look after you. We were a group of 5 friends getting together for a reunion and we were incredibly well catered for and attended to whilst had more than enough to do, both at the comfortable villa and within the local environment. Can't recommend this place enough!

A acomodação é ótima. Se eu falar que correspondeu as expectativas estarei mentindo, na verdade, foi melhor do que esperávamos! Fomos eu, minha esposa e minha filha, uma bebe de 8 meses e a casa foi perfeita para nós! Quarto confortável, banheiro limpo, e cozinha muito bem equipada! A Roseanna respondeu muito rápido quando precisamos e o Wayne também esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar. A praia atrás da casa também vale a visita! Além disso é bem próximo a outras atrações da região! Em resumo, recomendo esta acomodação! Foi tudo ótimo!

This is a home away from home that I’ll definitely be returning to I came to play mas on the road & celebrate my birthday this year & my experience in this home was unforgettable from the scenery mango trees & hibiscus flowers to the kind people who work & tend to this home it was priceless.

This is our second time staying at Aldien's place and it is indeed an amazing and comfortable accommodation with all the necessary amenities you would need for your stay. Aldien is also a very responsive and accommodative host who responded to all queries in a timely manner. When visiting Kingston this would definitely be my go to place once it is available.

Desmond’s place was spotless and comfortable. Desmond was very responsive. Roads in Jamaica are very bad, (not Desmond’s fault), but we had to cut short our stay because driving times to sites we wanted to see were longer than expected. Desmond was very accommodating, and provided a refund in accordance with AirBnB policy.

Linford home was immaculate. It was very peaceful as you are surrounded by luscious green. Linford was very responsive and kind. Boston Bay beach is a 5 min walk. The vibes were amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, hatte leider nur 5 Nächte gebucht, wäre gern länger geblieben . An und Abreise von und zu Knutsford Express busstation wurden von Jaqueline gemanagt, war günstig vom Preis. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Jaqueline hat mir sehr gute Tipps gegeben und alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Sie ist eine sehr herzliche Person, man muss sie einfach gern haben. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Ein großer Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant sind 300m bzw.250 m entfernt, also perfekt. Schöne Strände,Winnifred Beach und besonders schön Boston beach sind mit dem Routetaxi in 10 bis 15 Minuten günstig erreichbar , Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt

This is the second time we have stayed in Mick's place - we really enjoy staying there. It is spacious, comfortable, situated in a quiet and safe environment, and has a wonderful terrace and view. Mick is easy to contact and always responds quickly. A perfect place to stay when we visit Kingston.

Tannece war eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Sie war unheimlich hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles sofort gekümmert. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war genial. Schön ruhig und trotzdem fußläufig sowohl das Zentrum zum Einkaufen und essen, als auch der wunderschöne Winnifred Beach erreichbar.

Vår vistelse hos Julia i 3 veckor har varit toppen! Fridfullt och säkert område som det är lätt att ta sig runt i Kingston från med uber. Lägenheten var som på bilderna och vi var mycket nöjda. Omgivningen i trädgården och området är jättevackert. Kändes också säkert att ha värden på plats och vi fick alltid ett trevligt bemötande och snabba svar när vi undrade något. Relommenderar starkt detta boende och kommer gärna tillbaka. Vatten och el har fungerat fläckfritt under vår vistelse.

The only few other details I'll add to my other Glowing review, (since I was fortunate enough to be able to extend and stay on both sides of the 'duplex' is that this is a perfect set up if traveling in a group, e.g. 2 couples who each have their own quarters. or 2 solo travelers who don't wish to share a room, etc. Super great setup with a little kitchenette with the coffee maker, and the Roshan range, where you can sizzle and sauté to your hearts content, cooking up hot meals with all of the bounteous local fruit and veg, and fresh carribean fishes. If you're extra lucky, you may get to try one of Cherise's brekkie dumplings. Can't say enough good things about this place... Go Go Go !!!

I had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Bird Bliss. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The communication with the hosts Joy and Shell was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, it’s two minutes away from rafting on the Rio Grande, going west, it’s five minutes from to Somerset Falls and going east it’s eight minutes to the Shan Shy Beach. I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. My overall experience was nothing but amazing. I highly recommend this property when visiting Portland. Thank you Joy and Shell for being super hosts and for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be back

I’ve stayed at Ava’s place a couple of times now and love it. Ava is a wonderful host, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kingston.

Place was as described and location was quiet. Chels and her family were wonderful neighbors to have during my stay. I would 100% rebook the next time I am in Kingston.

beautiful, well-lit flat in a magical garden, with a nice breeze and beautiful daylight. The flat is super comfortable, private, cosy, efficient and well-designed. The location is ideal for people who want to stay in Kingston and have a nice pad to get back to. Liguanea is a rather safe and walkable area compared to other bits of Kingston. Prue was generous and kind, very easy to communicate with, and helpful in many ways. She knows many places around that she can recommend, and overall, she was a great host and an interesting conversation companion. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back if I'll come back to Kingston again.

We are frequent visitors of Jamaica and we've always stayed in Airbnbs. I can attest that The Parion condo is easily in our top places to stay. You can tell the host cares about her guests by the small details added for comfort. Miss Paris has thought of everything that would make for an awesome stay! There was a welcome sign & a handwritten note (so classy!) Her condo was very clean and it smelled great. She made sure to provide detailed instructions on the location of the unit, how to access it and how to work tv and appliances. It was just enough space for the two of us to relax and enjoy. We loved the location because we could walk to many places to eat, pick up fruits and enjoy the local scenery. The view from the condo overlooked the water (which we saw a close up of a cruise ship during our stay) and a view of the grounds by the pool. 10/10 accommodations & 10/10 host.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Love the place especially the rooftop… I had a good peaceful rest on the rooftop…. Good view of the beach. It felt like home away from home but better … thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The stairs was a workout but well worth it…

This unit was beautiful, it is a bit smaller in person than the pictures nonetheless it is absolutely perfect for 2 people! The staff are friendly and it is dead center to all of the go to activities. We walked to Mystic Mountain, Margaritaville, Dunns River and More! This location is more of a real resident feel versus a resort and I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Ricky for your clear communication and constant consideration. You were a GREAT Host. I look forward to recommending you and will see you again upon my return. 🫶🏽
