Backyard Bungalow

Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

Our Relaxing “Hale” (Hawaiian word for home)

Our Hale is an upstairs apartment that is centrally located for your next trip to the Gulf coast! We are 20 minutes N. of Corpus Christi, 20 minutes S. of the popular town of Rockport and 20 minutes W. of the ferry to Padre Island! It sits on a peaceful 5 acres and has a covered Lanai ( Hawaiian word for covered deck) that overlooks 3 acres. A great place to see a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your morning coffee or spend the lazy afternoon hours sipping refreshing beverages & just talking story

On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

No smoking house. 3 bedroom/2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. 1 queen-master, 1 queen-bedrm2, 2 twin-bedrm3, full size sofa-not a pull out bed. Flat screen TVs and ceiling fans in LR and each bedroom. Parking for 4 vehicles. Privacy fenced back yard. Check-in is 3 pm the day of your arrival-keypad code will be sent that day by 3 pm; check-out is 11:00 am on departure day.
