The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

On this avenue you can find all the amenities without taking the car from the park, such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, nightlife, casino. The apartment is on the 11th floor, which provides a fantastic view of the beach and avoids any street noise. It is a few minutes from the center of Portimão.
