Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Porto Santa Margherita

Wir waren in den Herbstferien in Lovrecica. Sehr zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht mehr im Meer baden, da wasser zu kalt war. Wir konnten aber paddeln, die Kids haben es genossen. Beim Nachbarn konnten wir direkt frisch geangelt Fisch kaufen. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Donald war sehr freundlich & immer hilfsbereit.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. L'appartamento di Alina è accogliente e molto silenzioso, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio come a casa anche con il nostro cane. La zona è tranquilla, comoda per i nostri spostamenti e naturalmente affascinante... Bello affacciarsi sul cortile interno con la splendida palma! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di conocere Alina che è sempre stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare! Grazie

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich und mit guten Tipps empfangen, so dass man sich gleich wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft - am Meer kann man entweder einen sehr schönen Weg entlang bis in die Altstadt spazieren oder in die andere Richtung zu einem wirklich tollen und großen Strand laufen. Die Wohnung war zufriedenstellend gereinigt und sehr geräumig - das riesige Bad könnte man auch als Ballsaal nutzen ;-). Sehr schön sind auch die Terrasse und der Garten. Wir hätten die Wohnung gerne noch besser gelüftet, haben uns aber aufgrund der vielen Mücken, die leider überall in Rovinj anzutreffen waren, nicht getraut, die Türen allzu lange geöffnet zu lassen. Möglicherweise ein Grund für kleineren Schimmelbefall an der ein oder anderen Stelle, der in einer anderen Rezension erwähnt wurde, aber aus unserer Sicht nicht besorgniserregend ausfiel. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Gracijelas Wohnung.

Mario's place is a true gem in Venice. The place is quirky and artsy but not in a cluttered way - it feels homely, cosy and uplifting, a perfect oasis amidst the busy tourist-filled streets. The apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we could need during our stay. The host and his team were proactive and gave us clear and very helpful information about the apartment, the city and even parking options, which made our arrival as smooth as could be. Jacopo was an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond, giving us lots of recommendations and answering all of our questions, and the personal touch made all the difference. Absolutely stellar service from a team offering amazing accommodation. Can't recommend it enough! Grazie mille!!!

Séjour excellent. Le logement est situé en plan cœur de Venise, dans un quartier paisible avec un excellent restaurant à son pied. L'appartement était impeccable, avec de grandes superficies très agréables pour y passer plusieurs jours. Tout était vraiment parfait, merci Sandro pour ce merveilleux accueil ! Nous ne pourrons que recommander ce bien.

Apartma je zelo prostoren, lepo urejen in cist. Super terasa dostopna iz sobe in dnevne sobe/kuhinje…celi dan obsijana s soncem. Mirjam in Dimitrji sta zelo ustrezljiva in hitro odzivna.

ベネチア観光に宿泊しました。バス停が近く、ベネチア島までのアクセスが便利でした。部屋も広く綺麗で、ホストとも連絡が取りやすく快適に過ごせました。

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Jesolo und daher war die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch für Tagesausflüge oder Strandtage super gelegen.

Emanuel und seine Eltern sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und entspricht den Fotos. Ein Highlight ist der sehr liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Whirlpool. Supermarkt, Restaurants und das Meer sind mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

I had the the most amazing stay. The view was incredible, especially during the sunsets and thunderstorms. The place was clean, well equipped and spacious. Andraž was very helpful and even gave me and my luggage a lift to the bus station on the morning I left, which was greatly appreciated. I could not have asked for a better place to stay or a better host. Thank you for having me and I hope to come back in the future :)

Massimo's place was absolutely amazing. It was in the best location and was nice and peaceful and wasn't in the touristy part. It felt we were amongst the locals! The apartment had such charm, and a great view. Massimo was also the most amazing host, was always super responsive, especially to our itinerary (which is not expected, and was greatly appreciated) and he gave such great recommendations for our stay there. I would 100% recommend Massimo's place to anyone staying in Venice, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for having us!

He’s a fantastic host. The apartment is fantastic. Great place in a great location. Uou do need a car to get into downtown however. The place is fully furnished. Even the smallest things are taking care of. I would highly recommend for anyone who is going to visit Jesolo

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

The house is huge and we had a wonderful experience. The infrared spa sauna was also a treat. Loved every moment. Stefano was very helpful and responsive.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Lara is a wonderful host. She has thought of what she would like in an Airbnb and provided it in her own. She was brilliant at arranging early check in and helped us with a noise issue effectively. The apartment is spacious, modern and (important to me) has perfect black out shutters, fans, AC and coffee!! A note on the location; it is obviously not in the lagoon or in any sort of tourist area. The bus stops are over the road and it is easy but it gets very busy on there and you may end up standing both ways. Not an issue for us but worth mentioning. You can get the train one stop using the one day passes for the boats etc. That was more comfortable (for us). There are places to eat but it’s not like there is something every five metres as in the lagoon. We walked to Mestre centre and went to Da Pino which was utterly wonderful but less good if you are on tired legs! None of this is a problem but worth mentioning if travelling with a party that’s less mobile. Overall great place!!

Malgré une incompréhension liée à l'arrivée tardive, notre hôte a été compréhensif. Suzanna qui nous a accueillis a été très gentille, serviable et de bon conseil. Le logement correspond aux attentes. les équipements sont très bien : un bain à remous et un sauna (qu'il faut prévoir à l'avance car à électrique). Le lit est agréable si on aime la literie souple. L'appartement est propre ; il y a un peu d'humidité mais nous sommes à Venise, ça me paraît normal. Merci à nos hôtes et à Suzanna pour le séjour !

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und super nett, immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Whirlpool war unser Highlight.
