I had a wonderful stay! Olides and Sandra were welcoming from the very beginning. Communication was smooth and quick, and they to made sure we had everything we needed. They provided great local tips and reacted flexible and friendly to a spontaneous change in our Booking. Thanks for that again! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, located in a quiet neighbourhood we were able to rest from our hikes. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a truly caring host.

Als familie van 4 hebben we 3-4 weken gedurende de kerstperiode verbleven in het huis van Ilda. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 4, en is van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De keuken is voldoende uitgerust om zelf de maaltijden te bereiden. Het vrijstaande huis staat op een steile helling met een weergaloos uitzicht over de zee en omringende bergen, een uitzicht dat je kunt genieten vanaf het in de zon gelegen balkon. Hoewel het huis aan de noordkant van het eiland staat, is de hoofdstad Funchal slechts een half uur rijden. Ilda is een voorbeeldige gastvrouw. Duidelijke en gedetailleerde instructies om bij het huis te komen. Ook heeft ze leuke tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, en reageert ze vrijwel meteen op vragen.

Ricardo has been exceptionally helpful and friendly and the house is wonderful. Well-located in a quiet cul-de-sac, high quality interior, very modern. Highly recommend Ricardo’s place to anyone!

A dona da casa é muito legal! Muito gentil, muito atenciosa. A localização é boa. Perto do centro da cidade. A cozida bem equipada. Tem algumas formigas pela casa, mas é normal, pois estamos perto a natureza.

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in Porto Santo. The house is spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with an extremely well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for all our trips to the beach. Our host was wonderfully responsive, and we were grateful for the flexible check-in and -out times.

Came for a few days on our honeymoon, apartment was as described and as shown in pictures, very peaceful and relaxing, amazing views. pool ladder was not very safe. lots of ants, mosquitos, flies and lizards especially by the pool but cant be helped really. was quite hard to find the apartment and miscommunication regarding extra tourist tax payments on arrival but host was friendly and helpful. we hope to return and stay again next year 😁

We loved this villa. The pictures probably don’t do it justice. The view is gorgeous and it’s very spacious and functional. It is at the top of a very steep hill but the view is incredible. We recommend it for sure.

Andrew was an absolutely amazing host and we were so grateful for his assistance with everything during our stay. He was very accommodating with all of our requests and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We really enjoyed our time at Quinta Das Colmeias and I will cherish all of the many beautiful memories we made here. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony dom z trzema sypialniami i łazienkami, ogromnym salonem z kuchnią i wielkim tarasem z pięknym widokiem na ocean i wyspę. Na tarasie stolik i leżaki. Check-in był możliwy wcześniej niż w opisie, super kontakt z właścicielem, klucze w sejfie, drugie w kuchni. Dostaliśmy komplety ręczników, zapasowy w szafie i po jednym w każdej łazience - super pomysł. W zasadzie brakowało nam tylko tostera/opiekacza do chleba, suszarki na naczynia i małej szafki przy drzwiach na krem do rąk, poza tym było wszystko, internet trochę słaby w ostatniej sypialni, ale ogólnie ok. Dom leży dość wysoko i z dala od centrum, więc do plaży szliśmy 12 minut, ale wracało się ciężko i pod górę. Przenieśliśmy się później bliżej plaż, ale straciliśmy taras, widok i zaczął nam przeszkadzać dzwon kościelny bijący cały dzień co pół godziny - także lokalizacja może nie idealna, ale miała też wiele zalet. I odwiedzał nas kot sąsiadów, więc ogólnie pobyt uznajemy za bardzo udany😍

The house was great, especially if you were traveling with a big family unfortunately, the weather was bad while we were there so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor space. The host was very responsive. We definitely recommend we especially enjoyed watching the planes takeoff and land the only negative that we can see is when we were using the cooktop and had the heaters on the cooktop kept turning off. We finally figured it out. It seemed like the house couldn’t handle having too many appliances on at the same time other than that, we loved it.
