Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Porto Santo Stefano

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Ottimo soggiorno Bellissima località, molto privata e tranquilla specialmente a giugno. Ideale per famiglie. Un appartamento molto comodo e piacevole, con una vista spettacolare. Un Grazie a Mauro, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Notre petit séjour chez Andrea c’est très bien passé ! Une belle expérience au milieu de nul part. Le logement est petit mais c’est ce qu’il fait son charme, nous avons adorer ce petit cocon, Andrea est une hôte très accueillante et très bienveillante ! Aucun bruit, endroit très reposant et ressourçant ! Merci beaucoup

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Siamo stati benissimo con una coppia di amici nei giorni di capodanno. dintorni splendidi e la villetta deliziosa, molto comoda e calda oltre ad essere perfettamente attrezzata sia all interno che all'esterno. Olga è stata molto disponibile e gentile consigliatissima !

Ottimo soggiorno, casa molto comoda e completa di tutto. Lucia e sua madre veramente gentili e disponibili. Privacy, panorama splendido, le pecore che pascolano e zero caos… una meraviglia, soprattutto per chi viene dalla città. Grazie a Lucia e famiglia!

We loved our stay at Enza’s little farm house. It was quiet, surrounded by the beautiful countryside. The pool was really clean (cold as it was April but it didn’t stop my children from having a dip!). Enza and her family were really accommodating, answering my messages promptly when we were travelling a little late for arrival. Always happy to help. The accommodation was perfect for a family of 5, with heating if you needed it, clean towels for everyone and even extra bedding and blankets. My kids loved the little farm cat that came to visit our door every day. There’s a trampoline and swings set up for the kids to play with which they loved and kept them entertained. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful house from wonderful people, beautifully decorated by Francesco and Alessandra. We felt right at home and had a great time. The pool made the Italian heat bearable and we enjoyed having the week to relax and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, but if you don't there is a wonderful pinza in Magliano; ask them, you won't regret it. A trip to the sea is also not too long if the pool is not big enough for you.

Guilia’s apartment is an absolute gem in a beautiful location. We had a comfortable stay and were able to make the most of the kitchen and the outdoor bbq, as well as enjoy the fantastic swimming pool. The location is so peaceful with gorgeous scenic views of the surrounding countryside, and there is lot’s to explore in the area including the hot springs and some brilliant location restaurants. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

Soggiornare da Piero è stata una fantastica esperienza, lui e sua moglie sono stati estremamente disponibili e attenti ai nostri bisogni. Ci hanno accolto con alcuni prodotti per colazione e la casa era fornita di prodotti basici quali sale caffè zucchero etc..Ottimi i consigli sui ristoranti. Gli spazi esterni adeguati e ampi con ogni fornitura possibile, gli interni freschi e con zanzariere sulle finestre. Di fronte a casa c’è una azienda vinicola con ottimo vino e negozietto con anche prodotti freschi e basici. Consigliamo assolutamente di venire a soggiornare qui, speriamo di poter tornare.

Abbiamo trascorso con la mia famiglia tre giorni nell’appartamento di Francesca Romana. Il luogo incantevole ci ha accolti in modo davvero confortevole e familiare. La proprietà si trova dentro l’azienda vinicola di famiglia e per noi amanti del vino (io sono una private chef e mio marito e mia zia sono sommelier) è stata veramente una piacevole sorpresa renderci conto di poter dormire proprio nello stesso luogo dove vengono imbottigliati i vini dell’azienda (e ovviamente poterli degustare!). Una nota di merito in più va alla pulizia e all’ambiente dell’appartamento molto confortevole, c’è tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno. I letti sono fantasticamente comodi!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Fantastic apartment and amazing hosts. Laura and Alberto were so lovely and even made me a cake on my birthday. Spotlessly clean apartment and very well equipped. Stunning views and nice private terrace. The only minor downside was that you can hear everything from the apartment next door which they also rent out - so it could get a little noisy when people are staying there. But overall highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in una delle casette del granaio. La struttura è immersa nella campagna della Maremma dove regnano la pace e i suoni della natura. A pochi minuti di distanza negozi di verdura, prodotti tipici e supermercati. Le spiaggia vicine sono comodamente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto e adatte alle famiglie. Gli host ci hanno consigliato spiagge, ristoranti e attività da fare nei pressi della struttura. La casetta è arredata semplicemente ma tutto è perfettamente funzionante e funzionale, il giardinetto di cui dispone ogni appartamento è delizioso, fresco e pieno di fiori. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale per poter esplorare la zona e avere la privacy e la tranquillità che cercavamo per le nostre vacanze.

Bellissimo residence, consiglio vivamente sia per la zona che per il personale, gentili e super disponibili. Ci ritornerò

Daniele et Janna sont des hôtes accueillants, chaleureux et sympathiques. Ils sont très attentionnés car ils nous ont offert des fruits, legumes et oeufs de leur production. Ils sont respectueux de l'intimité de leurs invités et sont de très bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter et les restaurants. Le logement correspond à la description faire par Daniele. Il est parfait pour un couple, bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Les deux terrasses sont plus qu'appreciables et offrent une vue magnifique sur la nature environnante. L'emplacement est idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la campagne du Latium. La propriété est incroyable et a différents points de détente aménagés avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine volcanique est l'équipement qui fait vraiment la différence. Elle est juste EXTRAORDINAIRE !! Si vous craignez les chiens comme moi, vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance. Ils sont très bien éduqués et adorables. En bref, "la dolce vita si trova a casa Daniele e Janna !!"

Wie alle davor schon beschrieben haben Der Pool ist ein Traum. Der wird täglich! 3x sauber gemacht. Am Anfang kam es uns viel vor. Aber das war auch nötig bei der Größe. Die Einfahrt ist steil. Tiefere Autos schleifen. Sonst ist alles vorhanden. Kühlschrank ist bisschen klein. Hat aber ein kleinen Frost oben. Gibt leider keinen Ofen aber dafür so einen kleinen. Für 4 Personen plus Kinder war es gerade so okay. Sehr viele schöne Katzen in der Umgebung sowie Hunde. Fürs Fahrradfahren leider ungeeignet da es sehr steil sowie schlechte Fahrbedingung gibt. Aber das Meer ist nur 30min entfernt. Autobahn das letzte Stück muss man vorsichtig fahren. (nach der letzten Mautstrecke) Dieses Autobahnstück ist sehr sehr schlecht. Wir kommen denke wieder, da es sehr Sehr schön war.

Logement de qualité dans un environnement magnifique !

Die Anreise ist abenteuerlich. Dort angekommen findet man aber einen tollen Fleck Erde, denn das Haus von Savina & Riccardo ist eine echte Perle. Toller Ausblick, ruhig und privat. Am besten man packt sich ein bisschen Proviant ein, kauft vielleicht noch einen guten Wein & Käse vom eigenen Biohof der beiden und lässt es sich gut gehen. Savina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen via WApp. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Markt, der das Nötigste hat. Es lohnt sich aber, noch mal in einem größeren Supermarkt Halt zu machen. Wer seinem Auto die Fahrt zum Ferienhaus nicht zutraut, der wird auch zu dem ca. 2 km entfernten Anwesen gebracht. Die erste Ab- und Auffahrt waren wild, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und unser Mercedes Vito hat’s gepackt. Highlight war definitiv das Wein Tasting und die tollen Produkte ihres Biohofs :)

Very responsive host and listens to your wishes. Beautiful villa, comfortable beds. Enough space to chill individually and enjoy views. Feels very safe. The acoustics inside are good - just keep in mind if you talk loud- everyone in the house hears. Water pressure for showers is not very strong, but that's normal in the area.

Lovely spot, lovely location, great views, run by a really friendly man who has real pride over the villa he built 20 years ago. Beautiful garden, great pool, lots of pool and garden toys /sports equipment felt like home from home. Only small negative, kitchen was a bit small and indoor space would be if 8 staying. However in summer the outdoor small more than compensates for this. Recommend now following google maps and using villa instructions for getting there instead. Google’s roads around here are not always drivable roads unless you have a 4x4 and take you on very in direct routes adding lots of time to journeys.
