A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Newly converted apartment in a stunning Sussex house on the edge of Ashdown Forest with far reaching views over it. Self contained one bedroom space with large sitting room/kitchen and direct access onto beautiful gardens. Tunbridge Wells 15 mins, Gatwick and Lewes only 30mins away yet completely peaceful tucked away in secluded countryside. Forest Row is a lively village with many places to eat, drink and shop, from organic greengrocers to boutiques. Many excellent country pubs nearby too.

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Beautiful Garden Lodge, fully self contained.

Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

Cute and cosy garden cabin in a quiet residential area of Hove, a short walk to the seafront and within easy reach of central Brighton. A 5 minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stop. Mezzanine bedroom area with double bed, and a sofa bed. Suitable for a couple as well as families (up to 2 children) Kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Power shower and heated towel rail. Private patio area with garden furniture. More than happy to answer any questions.

Luxury Park Residence with Sea Views

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please give us the heads up to know if you need the sofa bed (there is a charge of 25.00 to cover our extra laundry costs). We welcome all couples of every gender type and combination. New refurbished annex in peacefull area with excellant links to southdowns the beach and city centre by car bus or foot. Local award winning gastropubs within 10 mins walk. We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

Kick back and relax in this calm, self-contained, stylish space with free private parking. Perfect for a beach getaway, only a 5 minute walk to beach. Located on a quiet road just off Hove seafront. You have a some outdoor space at the front of the property. The bedroom is nice and light with French doors (not for access) and there is a new kitchen and bathroom. Park on drive.

Beautifully bright and open plan two bedroom mid-terrace house, with garden in a quiet and friendly street next to Hove Lagoon. On bus route and 5 mins walk from Portslade train station. This is my home day-to-day when not booked by guests. PLEASE NOTE: The property uses a video Ring doorbell. We do not accept bookings from guests with no previous positive reviews.
