The property is a large lower ground floor flat that consists of two beautiful bedrooms and two stunning ensuite bathrooms. It has a warm and welcoming open plan living space and kitchen. The main double bedroom is very large with a comfortable seating area, a TV and a writing desk. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The room also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe. The second ensuite bedroom is smaller but has a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds on request. The room has a TV and built-in storage. The open plan kitchen and living area is a great place to eat and be social. It contains a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen has an integrated fridge, dishwasher and cooker. There's a separate utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and a large fridge freezer. The flat has 3 smart TVs and a Sonos speaker in the living area. We hope you find everything you need to have an enjoyable stay but we are close by so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. Please note that this is a quiet residential area. The flat is in an old Victorian building and we are very mindful and respectful to our neighbours. The flat is in the bustling Seven Dials area with family-friendly parks, cafes, boutique shopping, and charming pubs nearby. The lively waterfront of Brighton, the beach, the boardwalk, and an array of restaurants and shops are just steps away. Most parts of the city are easily readable by foot from the flat. If you're driving, there is on-street paid parking nearby. Alternatively, there's loads of great transport options nearby to get around and see the city including city bikes and buses. Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!
