This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

A secluded garden retreat designed for two – float in the heated pool (April–September), unwind in the year-round hot tub, and switch off completely. Inside is calm and comfortable, with a restful bedroom, cosy lounge and modern bathroom. Everything is set up for an easy, relaxing stay. Cafés, pubs, shops and beautiful countryside and shoreline walks are all close by – but once you’re here, you may not want to leave.

Nearest neighbour c.1 mile away but there is loads to do in the area with an abundance of country pubs, one or two within walking distance and beaches within 50 minutes

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.
