Quiet retreat ;The Nook @ Rowan Tree Cottage

The " Nook at Rowan Tree Cottage" is an internal flat within our garage. Very rural, surrounded by farm land & quiet but within 5 min drive to towns and 20 min drive to seaside & fabulous restaurants (CAR ESSENTIAL). We have hens in the garden & friendly cats but the flat is completely separate for privacy. Seating areas outside to enjoy the peaceful countryside & we are living onsite for any assistance if required. We have two older children so it is very quiet. No neighbours within 200 meters.
