Villa je okružena sa 11 velikih hrastovih stabala, koja osiguravaju cijeli dan prirodni hlad. Veliki bazen i plaža su cijeli dan na suncu. Sa balkona se prostire pogled na more, te planinu Velebit. Kuća je izgrađena u rustikalnom stilu, krasi ju namještaj od masiva(hrastovine), te veliki kamin u dnevnom boravku.

Dear guest, welcome to our holiday home Monika! This is commodious house, surrounded by nature and private pool, ideal for all those who like peace and silence. You will have privacy in house, but loud parties after 11pm are not allowed. We recommend arriving with a car because there is 10 min drive to beach area and 15 min to Zadar. A beautiful 2-floor detached house overlooking olive groves. There is direct access to the pool and outdoor fireplace from its spacious balconies. A quiet area, which is near the sea in three dirctions,.The house offers a living room, kitchen, loundry room,two bathroom, four bedrooms and two exits to spacious balconies on its lower floor. Around the house, there is plenty of space where you can relax by the pool, swim or sunbathe and admire the olive trees in the background.
