This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

On the ground floor there is the benefit of two lounges and lovely dining kitchen with large utility room and downstairs toilet. Train station within 5 minute walk. Wii and x box to entertain the children.

With one double bedroom, bathroom and a comfortable lounge (with fold-out futon), it’s ideal for a relaxing countryside break. Situated beside our small stable yard, with horses often grazing nearby, it offers authentic countryside charm while remaining calm and private. Close to the coast and River Wyre. Private parking is available next to the bungalow, and a car is essential.

The tram stop for Blackpool/Fleetwood is 5 minutes walk. It's good for couples, singles, and business travellers. This first floor flat has its own private entrance. It is separated from the rest of the house by a locked door.
