Absolutní klid a soukromí 30 min od Prahy. Zde končí silnice, dál jen lesy a Přírodní park Velkopopovicko. K dispozici parkování ve dvoře. Dům s velkým a útulným prostorem v přízemí. Samotná maringotka je velká 6x 2,5m a k vybavení patří sprcha, bojler na teplou vodu, separační toaleta, dřez, indukční varná deska (v zimě lze vařit na kamnech- jídlo chutná na ohni perfektně :) ), lednička s mrazničkou, rozkládací gauč pro dva a velká postel 2,3x 1,7 m s futonovou matrací s chráničem. V krátké vzdálenosti je Jezero Lhota, skvělé na koupání. Autem cca 3 min.
