My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Francesco. La casa è perfettamente rispondente alle foto pubblicate nell'annuncio. L'appartamento è grande e dotato di ogni confort, soprattutto ha una bella terrazza che si affaccia sul golfo di Policastro. La comunicazione con Francesco è stata ottima e sempre puntuale. In due parole: consiglio l'appartamento.

Stunning apartment on the seafront with sunrise to sunset spectacular views. The property is bang in the middle of the front, amenities, bars and restaurants. We can walk everywhere in this heavenly place that is Villammari and this architect designed apartment is very much in keeping with that beauty. The host is extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. It is also helpful that he speaks several languages because we are only beginners in Italian language. We cannot recmmend this prorty highly enough. OTIMO!

Abbiamo soggiorno in questo appartamentino una settimana di Agosto. Eravamo io, mio Mart ed il bambino di 10 anni. L' appartamentino molto carino, curato e nuovo. È dotato di un divano letto comodo, oltre la camera da letto. È situato in un parco quasi di fronte al viale principale. La vicinanza alla ferrovia è assolutamente tollerabile. I treni passano per lo più di giorno ma con bassa frequenza. Il plesso ha l'ascensore, quindi è consigliabile per chi deve spostarsi con passeggini. È dotato di posto auto. La proprietaria è estremamente attenta. Al check-in ci è stato regalato un fascio di origano e due mini vasetti di marmellata. Ad ogni richiesta la proprietaria ha risposto immediatamente. In buona sostanza, abbiamo fatto un ottimo soggiorno e lo consiglio vivamente.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ampi spazi, curato, con tutto l'occorrente e di più. Presenti molte comodità e la possibilità di stare in terrazza gustando un panorama da favola. Graditissimi alcuni prodotti di prima necessità fatti trovare all'arrivo. Vista incantevole, e terrazza meravigliosa. Posto auto agevole e comodo. Si respira tranquillità. Todd molto preciso e corretto. Grazie mille !!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and comfortable apartment, spectacular view of the sea while having a coffee on the balcony, Giovanni was very kind and his restaurant recommendations were very accurate, delicious seafood, pizzas and coffee with Cornetos downstairs.

Nous sommes restés 18 jours chez Gerardo. L’emplacement est parfait. Proche de tous les commerces. On peut aller à la mer et tout faire à pieds. Nous avons fort appréciés les 3 terrasses, le confort des chambres, les volets, l’air conditionné, la machine à laver et les moustiquaires à chaque fenêtre. Gerardo est un hôte particulièrement attentif à nos besoins et extrêmement bienveillant. Vous ne manquerez de rien ! Le séjour était parfait

L'ambientazione nei vicoli di Scalea vecchia è estremamente suggestiva. Il parcheggio, anche gratuito, è molto semplice da trovare. La casa è deliziosa, in particolar modo la cucina ed il terrazzino, con una vista bellissima. Il doppio bagno poi è un'estrema comodità. Il tutto per un prezzo vantaggiosissimo. La casa è inoltre fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari.

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Gli appartamenti di Maria Teresa sono graziose casette con una bella veranda spaziosa, immerse in uno splendido giardino. Gli alloggi sono semplici e funzionali, ben arredati e completi di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. Maria Teresa è un host estremamente gentile, molto socievole, simpatica, ma soprattutto premurosa. Ci ha inviato messaggi utili verso la fine del tragitto per informarci bene sulla strada da percorrere ed è stata sempre molto attenta ed accogliente. Soggiorno molto positivo!

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

We had a wonderful stay at Mariateresa’s place. We stayed on the top unit which was wonderful because you can see the sea and the mountains. Her place was clean and comfortable. Lots of space and wonderful balcony with a patio set. The only downside was the beach was very rocky, especially if you have small children. We found a small spot that was enclosed with rocks so that the little ones can splash around safely but otherwise that’s as safe as it gets for small kids. The walk down to the beach was a bit steep as well but doable. We did find the best beach with soft sand at the port area. It was a good 20-30 mins hike but if you have a car, it’s very doable. Lots of places to eat all around. Overall, we had a great stay. The place was comfortable, clean, and a good spot especially if you have a car to venture out during the day.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento di Flavio a Palinuro per una settimana in tre adulti e due bambini di 20 mesi , che dire … indicazioni precisissime ,tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione e alle foto, Flavio una persona molto attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti .Mare meraviglioso,e praticamente come avere una spiaggia privata, ci si accede da un parco privato vi sarà fornito il telecomando del cancello per il passaggio a piedi e una volta arrivati in spiaggia … la pace , ringraziamo Flavio per tutto …. Consigliatissimo

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely village right next to the national park. The host is super kind. Street parking was easy and free. I enjoyed very much my stay, and would go back!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für an den Strand, wie auch für die Ortschaft. In 2 Minuten ist mensch in einer Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Einkausladen etc. Es gibt einen tollen grossen Balkon mit Meersicht& Tisch zum draussen Essen sowie einen kleineren Balkon. Corrado und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, bemühte& zuvorkommende Leute die gerne jederzeit helfen, viel über die Gegend erzählen können und gute Tipps haben. Und sie waren bez. Check- in & Check out sehr flexibel und grosszügig. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Rosalba sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemlos, flexibel, schnell. Es war sehr ruhig, das lag sicher auch daran, dass die benachbarten Wohnungen weitestgehend unbewohnt waren.

Just the place in itself was more beautiful. I'm very well, kept then the photos even let on. the view is spectacular, almost picturesque. To a point you feel like you're dreaming when you wake up. i myself did not have a car and they helped me with groceries a couple times which is above and beyond what I ever expected, it was very gracious of them. Any questions that I had were answered very promptly and very politely. i never felt that it was a bother to write them if I had a question about local activities etc. i found almost everyone there very polite and helpful and anything that I needed or wanted to ask. The place is truly tranquil and I do miss staying there very much. doing that trip by myself. I was pretty much terrified, but I felt right at home once.I settled in. And the feeling of being rightRight at home was something that I needed, and it's something I think everyone on a holiday needs. I do highly recommend this place.And I intend to go back as soon as I can. 👍

Abbiamo alloggiato da Massimo in quattro adulti in occasione di un evento nella zona. La casa è ristrutturata con gusto, pulitissima e fornita del necessario, con ambienti ampi e comodi. La zona (in autunno) è silenziosa e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione strategica sia per lo splendido golfo di Policastro che per le montagne retrostanti. Interessante l'offerta gastronomica del luogo. Massimo è un ospite premuroso: se dovessimo tornare nella zona ci fermeremo volentieri di nuovo da lui.

The view from all windows was stunning. The apartment was very clean. The balcony was a show stopper - sitting out overlooking the Sea was drop dead gorgeous. Though the road could be a little noisy at times with cars or pedestrians, it didn't impede our trip at all. The view was almost surreal. The bed was very firm (typical for an Italian home, we've found). The kitchen could've done with a few essentials - maybe some salt, sugar, coffee etc. But, regardless it was all fabulous and wouldn't stop us from coming back. Elena was an absolute delight, there if you need her, but always allowing for her guests privacy. We Loved the space, loved Elena and can't wait to come back!

Ubytování bylo čisté a útulně zařízené. Bylo patrné, že se majitelé snaží o co největší pohodlí hostů (klimatizace, otočné větráky, bábovičky na písek pro děti, .) Komunikace s Davidem i Adélou probíhala bez problémů, ocenili jsme jejich podrobný manuál, který jsme měli po ruce po celou dobu dovolené (mimo trasy k ubytování a provozních věcí jsme v něm hledali i tipy na výlety). Oba dva hostitelé byli v komunikaci aktivní a trpělivě odpovídali na naše otázky. Děkujeme, budeme se rádi vracet.
