This place was beautiful, all you need to rest, the lady in the house is really nice, she didn’t speak English but she made a great effort to communicate which is good. The breakfast in the morning was the best part, everything was okay with this place.

Una atención familiar y cariñosa que nos invita a regresar Todos los días nos ofrecieron un desayuno muy completo, basto y de excelente calidad, amenizado por una música relajante muy adecuada. Todavía el día que salimos, como por horario lo hicimos antes de las 5:30 am, nos prepararon un desayuno excelente para llevarlo con nosotros Es uno de los mejores anfitriones que me ha tocado, agradezco todas sus atenciones y los felcito por ese espíriu de servicio que nos invita a amar el lugar

Our stay at Roberto's apartment was simply wonderful! Roberto is a very friendly and attentive host. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located – close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions. Roberto helped us navigate the city: he provided a map of Rome, suggested an easy route to the main sights, and recommended the best gastronomic spots. This was our first visit to Rome, and thanks to Roberto’s care, it was unforgettable. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much, Roberto!

Great experience all around, would recommend. Barbara and her husband are one of the nicest people you'll meet. Room was decently kept and clean. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. Location was exactly what I needed although maybe not ideal if you want to explore the centre of Rome.

Diomira, su esposo y Sila su gata son una familia hermosa, te hacen sentir como en casa en todo momento. Su casa es limpia, ordenada y muy cerca de todos los puntos turísticos tanto a pie como en transporte, esperamos volver a visitarlos pronto :)

Wow this is a really beautiful and lovely apartment... the room is even prettier than it looks...the host is very friendly and informative! the kitchen is one of my favorite part as its vibe and it provides more than expected! There is metro station downstairs within 1 minutes... the only thing is the washing area in the bathroom is a little bit small...there is house cleaning everyday and the service is really good... I must recommend this to everyone who visit Rome.

Excelente estancia, la habitación estaba en perfecto estado y Francesco siempre se estuvo muy atento, ofreciendo ayuda y sugerencias, buscando que nuestra estadía en la ciudad sea muy placentera.

Filippo is very supportive and friendly. The location is perfect, around 10 min walking distance from Villa Borghese and there are several food options around. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. Thanks Filippo for hosting

Waking up in Rome, getting out of the most comfortable bed, and sipping espresso in a private garden while birds chirp—it sounds like a dream, but it was our reality thanks to this amazing stay. Stefano welcomed us like family, took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and made us feel completely at home. If we return to Rome, there's no doubt—we're booking this place again. Every review we read beforehand was spot on—no exaggerations. Everything was exactly as described, and Stefano is a perfect 10. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Riccardo’s guest house. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, which made preparing meals easy and convenient. Riccardo was an exceptional host—friendly, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive to details. He provided us with a detailed map and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the area, including local attractions, transportation options, and dining recommendations. His guidance made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. From the small touches in the room to his availability and helpful attitude, Riccardo went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would absolutely recommend his place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Giancarlo, qui est très souriant et accueillant ! ☺️ il m’a laissé la possibilité de déposer mes bagages avant de pouvoir accéder à la chambre. De plus, il est très disponible et réactif par message et il m’a donné de précieuses indications. Le logement est très propre, bien rangé et surtout : super moderne ! Ma chambre était grande, très bien équipée et j’ai aimé la décoration moderne. Il y avait même des bons pour prendre le petit-déjeuner dans un bar à côté. La position de ce logement n’est pas hyper centrale mais il se trouve à 4 minutes d’un arrêt de métro qui permet de rejoindre le centre très rapidement. Je recommande vivement l’appartement de Giancarlo pour un séjour dans un appartement moderne à Rome et aussi un bon rapport qualité-prix !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Merci Simone et Michela pour votre réactivité, votre bienveillance, votre accueil ! Le logement est fidèle à sa description, propre et douillet dans un immeuble calme et charmant, la chambre donne sur une cour adorable et très calme. A 10-15 minutes de toutes les zones à découvrir donc emplacement très correct. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions et certainement à une prochaine fois !

Great communication before arriving, coordinating our check in. The apartment was clean, the temperature was nice, the instructions and welcoming by Francesco were on point, he was very kind and responsive. The location was a 3 blocks away from Termini, where you arrive on your train from the airport, or take train to other places in Italy, the metro, the busses, etc.

Andrea绝对是一位好房东！！很热情的分享了游玩景点和好吃的餐厅。他的房子在非常安静的社区，晚上一点噪音都没有，步行几分钟就是地铁站，地铁站口是一家很好吃的餐厅-Andrea提供了这里的早餐券。步行10分钟内有自助洗衣房，洗衣服旁边的披萨店强推！！太好吃了！他的房间也和图片一致，非常清爽干净整洁，还有一只可爱的猫🐱谢谢Andrea ，很难忘的一次罗马记忆。

Ostia Antica is an extremely pleasant place, an incredible place for those who like history and a charming community close to Rome airport. Our stay was pleasant and Patrizia is very helpful.

Para cualquier mexicano o latinoamericano que esté leyendo esto, y piense en ir solo o con su pareja a Roma, permítanme recomendarles ampliamente este lugar. Esta en una zona muy tranquila de Roma, y tiene disponible la llegada mediante varias rutas de transporte público, hay varios lugares para visitar a sus alrededores. Hablando específicamente de la recámara, que se encuentra al lado de su casa, resultó ser perfecta, cuenta con varios servicios, un baño hermoso y limpio. No nos hizo en extrañar en ningún momento el rentar un AIRBNB tipo domicilio completo.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans le logement de Francesco : une petite pépite à Rome ! Très bien situé : à 10 min à pieds du Colisée, et à quelques minutes de plusieurs lignes de bus nous reliant à la plupart des points d'intérêt de Rome. L'appartement en lui-même était top : le charme de l'ancien, l'atout d'une "coloc" avec à disposition une cuisine partagée et de nombreuses choses pour faciliter le séjour (et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds pour compléter), et la présence d'autres hôtes qui est sympathique sans que les uns ne dérangent les autres. Et le gros plus : le patio privé de l'appart ! Idéal pour se détendre après une grosse journée de visite. En ce qui concerne notre logement, nous avons logé dans une chambre triple avec notre fils de 8 ans, nous y étions tellement bien que nous y avons passé la plupart de nos soirées. Pour finir, Francesco est un hôte très disponible, très sympathique et très réactif avant et pendant le séjour. Nous le recommandons. Un grand merci !

Overall, we are rating the stay 5/5! Antonella is very kind. I like her going the extra mile for her guests, e.g., by letting us in earlier, leaving a bottle of water, sharing some biscuits she baked with us, etc. Overall the Apartment is ok, and felt a bit smaller than it seems in the picture. However, it was very clean, the location (centrally) is fantastic and very helpful if you want to take the bus from and to the airport(s). Most importantly, you can reach every corner you like in Rom by walking (e.g., Colosseum is ~15 minutes only). So, if you want to visit Rome to visit Rome and not for the sake of a chilled stay home, this is your go-to apartment! Comments: 1.) The internet was very good in the room. 2.) We did not even realize that the bathroom was meant to be shared with her. 3.) The small included breakfast is from the Coffee Shop at the doorstep, that gives you a hot coffee + a cornetto. This is cool as I picked it up and came back in to have it while my wife got ready.
