Sharyn’s house is very beautiful. A great place to get away and just relax. The house was set up perfect to bring the kids, as well as friends/family. All ages had something to do in this house. Sharyn was super responsive and always willing to help if we ever needed. Amazing place and we are very glad we went to this house. Thank you again!

Loved the hot tub, loved the record player, all in all was a very fun weekend and if I ever get the chance to come back I will!

As in other reviews be prepared for sulfur water. The sulfur smell is horid. However, i believe the owner has done everything he can to try to elevate it. Filters work well but they need constant flow or they can be bad instead of good. I developed rash from it. I read reviews and knew about it well in advance. The place is very comfortable and quiet location. If you listen carefully you can hear the click clock of amish on the roads. The electric heaters heat the property astonishingly well. This week we had nearly 30 inches of snow. We were sick of the snow for sure. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Restaurants as well. Beds feel hard at first but slept like baby. No stains on sheets etc as others pointed out. Over all enjoyed our stay. IF YOUR SKIN IS SENSITIVE TO SULFUR NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. UNTIL A PERMANENT SOLUTION IS FOUND FOR THE ISSUE. We will probably rebook in 25.

My family and I loved our stay here! We had an extended weekend and used the Rustic Retreat as a base camp to explore the area and just relax. Highlight of the stay was the hot tub and stargazing!

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing…. This word describes the house, location and the host. I reached out to Steph before booking as we were looking for something close to Erie, but not right in Erie. The house is absolutely stunning. The transformation pictures that are in the house, had us all in awe. Step and Travis really did an incredible job on this property. My teen girls said (Country lovers) said we want our house to look like this. The location was also prime. 15 mins to Erie proper and close to harbor creek. Great restaurants, lots of things to do in the area, and we did some relaxing at the house in the evening as a family on the couch and also around a fire. Lots of memories made. We will be back.

Winnie is an outstanding host! So friendly and flexible. The cottage is adorable. So pretty and relaxing and full of cute little treasures to see. The property is just lovely, full of trees and along the river Unfortunately for us it poured 80 % of our stay...but...it is beautiful and we had one lovely marshmallow roasting night outside. Would highly recommend.....you'll love it!

Wonderful place with an excellent host! An unmatched value for sure.👍🏻👍🏻 It is a distance to a full-fledged grocery or beverage store so I would suggest to arrive with special necessities that you may require.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for our dog. The fenced in yard was a game changer for us. Our large dog ran the fence line and immediately felt at home. The hosts had so many extras for our dog (bowls, rugs, outside hose, treats, etc).Super clean and beautifully decorated. Amazing kitchen area. Laundry was a plus for us (washer and dryer in basement). Loved the fire pit and the back porch (used it every night). Kitchen was stocked. Beds were very comfortable, ceiling fans, and drawers for your clothes (so you don’t feel like you are living out of a suitcase but you are home). Oh did I say clean! Under the couch was clean (my dogs ball rolled underneath) Everything you want is right there. There is a small market, gas station and bait shop in walking distance. Enough room from 2 cars and a boat in the driveway. There is a guide folder with resources nearby (very helpful). Also check in and out instructions (very easy). WiFi and large TV. So much to do we wished we stayed 2 more days.

Place was very cool with one heck of a view from the kitchen window. We are simple people and easy to please so we loved it. Would go back there for sure.

Loved Tim’s tiny property away from the city! We needed a quick getaway from the city noise and commotion and Tim’s location was perfect. Excellent place to stay at if you are looking for a relaxing time away from work and the city! Have recommended to a few people looking for a time away.

We liked everything very much, we stayed with the children, the children were delighted with the second floor, amazing nature, the pond, we liked everything very much, the owner provided coals for the barbecue, coffee, candles for lighting, everything was at the highest level

Have stayed here multiple times and as always everything was great.

We love staying at Lorrie's cabin! We always have the best rest. It's the only time I sleep 7 hours. It's so peaceful! Thanks again! We look forward to our next stay!

Excellent Little spot. Everything was spotless. Bed was comfortable and all appliances/furniture was basically brand new.

We loved every minute of our stay and would love to go back again. Prior to packing, I had asked about certain items at the house & the responses were clear and helpful for me. There was plenty of wood for the fire, along with firestarter sticks for convenience. There was also plenty of filtered water at the house. We always bring our own filtered water for trips, so that is good to know for the next time we stay with bringing one less thing. Our daughter enjoyed seeing the exotic animals as the property borders a little farm which features kangaroo, emu, cows, a zebra and more. We stopped by the farm on Sunday after we checked out and the owner of the farm was more than happy to show us around. If you do have small children, just bring a few baby gates as I wasn't able to get the dog gate at the house to properly work. If you are sensitive to fragrances like me, just bring your own linens or towels (including dish towels ) as there is a strong fragrance on them.

This was our second stay at Jessica's cabin. We frequent Tionesta, have stayed in motels and other airbnb's and this one by far is our favorite! This trip we had family with us to do our annual kayak trip, we all felt rught at home and the location is great, super private, yet minutes to the sportsmans, the kayak launch and stores. We have spent years looking for the perfect place in Tionesta and we have finally found it.

This place was beautiful for a weekend get away. We enjoyed exploring the trails and sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and quiet. Very much worth the money and then some.

The cabin surpassed our expectations. It had everything and more. The cabin was beautiful and homely inside, very comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and shower, the lounge was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Plenty to do locally, but also nice and quiet which was what we were looking for. Laura was very helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. We would love to stay there again and highly recommend it.

The Dreamweaver cabin is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Even with an event going on over the weekend our stay was quiet and peaceful! We loved having the farm store just a short walk away, plenty of trails to hike and a beautiful lake to enjoy. Overall it was wonderful and relaxing stay!

Overall our stay was perfect! As described and no run in with any insects/creatures. Checking in was very easy! They also went out of their way and left a little surprise in the fridge for my mother for her birthday. So thoughtful. I give 10/10 rating and would totally come back to stay if in the area again. Thank you Tony for a fantastic weekend getaway!
