Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hilltop hideaway. As soon as you step in the door the cheerful living room invites you to sit back and relax. The main level of the house is the primary living space with the open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining rooms encourages to relax and socialize together. The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard.

NO pets or smoking allowed. No air conditioning but fans in all bedrooms.

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. With that said, it's only about five miles from I-68. Enjoy the hiking trail, fire pit, hammock, horseshoes, mini disc golf course, big place to run around and do whatever you want, and beautiful nights. There is also a ton of destinations should you choose to leave the farm!

The Homestead

Escape to this modern log cabin in the woods of West Virginia. Situated on the West Virginia-Maryland border, it was built in 2016 and offers a reprieve from city living. It is isolated (no window treatments; see photos) and features a light-filled open master bedroom loft, large shower, two additional bedrooms, and a hot tub. You are completely secluded in the woods, yet it is only 30 miles from WVU's Mountaineer Field and 13 miles from Wisp Resort. We hope to host you!
