My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place! She put in a lot of effort to make sure we felt right at home. After a long trip walking into a beautifully decorated place with a fire (electric), Christmas lights, cookies, and spinning disco ball was so perfect for me and my kids :). My daughter wanted to collect eggs from their chicken coop and Sarah and her family made that happen for her. We loved petting and feeding the alpacas every morning. Everything was very comfortable. 10/10 experience. Thank you Sarah and family!

Large, spacious, and comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood, kitchen had lots of amenities. A few basic supplies were missing or low, but host was very quick to respond to our requests. We had a wonderful stay! We would highly recommend and would love to stay again next time we visit the area.

We’ll definitely be back! The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip to DC. Location is excellent, so easy by car or Metro. House is very clean, furniture is in great condition and comfortable, amenities were perfect, so many nice little touches for our stay. Beds are SO comfortable! Our family kept talking every day about how comfortable the beds and bedding were! Communication with Burke and Sarah was top notch. They were always very quick to respond if I had questions, and they were very proactive about communicating before/during our arrival to make sure we didn’t need anything. It was winter with snow/ice and we came back from sightseeing to a salted sidewalk to the front door, a nice touch! Check in/out literally the best experience I’ve ever had. Overall can’t say enough good things about the house. Felt like staying at a friend’s house. It was warm and cozy on this winter trip. I’ll definitely book here again for any future family trip to DC! Thank you!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had..hands down. The space is peaceful, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and working. Kimberly and her husband were great hosts… flexible, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The energy at the property was exactly what we needed, and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how nice everything was. If you’re looking for a professional, comfortable, and clean spot with good vibes, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

A quiet, peaceful few days away with the family and dog. Morning coffee on the deck and evening sunset walks. Board games and quiet time to unwind. Fun grounds to explore. And very close to drive to fun breweries and Middleburg places to hang out if you want someone else to cook. Overall a very relaxing few days .

I would stay here again. We had a great experience. The only thing that surprised me was the second bedroom was smaller than expected and the couch was changed out for a cream one. It did not affect our stay just some differences than what we pictured. Whole Foods is very walkable. I appreciated the picture directions and the cleanliness of the apartment.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We were not in the area for business or vacation. We have an elderly family member who is not doing well, downsizing and moving. It was such a pleasure coming back each night to this wonderful retreat. We will book it again for our next trip back.
