Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Jack is very responsive and friendly. House and property are peaceful and a there’s a small play ground with swings just outside the door which was perfect for kids. Would absolutely stay again.

Really lovely home. Well stocked and nice details like luxurious towels and soft sheets. Everything was labeled and well-organized. Very comfortable and great space for a family. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the huge bathtub!

We're very grateful to have found this listing in the Manassas area. It was the perfect base for our visit over Thanksgiving, very comfortable, well maintained, beautiful inside/out, and wonderfully located. We were able to take advantage of the Bull Run Battlefield Park and trails, conveniently located just steps from the spacious backyard. Our Host, Val, was most accommodating and responsive during the entire visit since she occupies the apartment at the lower level of this amazing home. She most graciously provided all the fixings for waffles and coffee for our first morning there, also gifting us cookies and popcorn for an evening snack. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was available for consumption or use. Music soothed us during morning coffee and Prime Video entertained us in the late evenings. Forest Walk is a home-away-from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Nice, private location. We have stayed here twice now and will plan to come back. It has the comforts we love including king size bed and amazing large bathroom with double sinks & several different shower heads ( rainshower & handheld) We watch alot of t.v. in the evenings and enjoyed the large screen t.v. and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. This basement location is great for 2 people. We dont really even feel like we are in a basement while there. Clean, modern & comfortable.

A lovely spot in a convenient location, in the best part of Fairfax County.

I don't like crowded accomodations, and this place offered us plenty of space. This place is a bit away from the crowds of DC, but is super close to the Metro, a CVS, Andy's Pizza, and Whole Foods...all places we took advantage of while staying. Did I mention it is clean? Most hotel rooms are not this clean. A nice touch they offer in many areas are motion-activated lights.

Isaac was INCREDIBLE. Responded any hour we needed something. This house was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back!!

A nice quiet place easy parking friendly owner

This house and host made our trip to the Faifax area comfortable and convenient. There were spaces for working, morning yoga, and conversations, and the back deck and yard was lovely for the people and our little dog.

Super clean, small basement apartment!

This is a home away from home convenient to Quantico, Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Brenda is very responsive to tenants' needs. If there is a problem today it's gone tomorrow. This place is great for a weekend or for a month. Highly Recommended!!

We had a great stay at this lower level 2-bedroom spot! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Both bedrooms were cozy, and everything was well-kept and tidy. The host was super responsive and proactive. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had..hands down. The space is peaceful, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and working. Kimberly and her husband were great hosts… flexible, respectful, and easy to communicate with. The energy at the property was exactly what we needed, and my guests couldn’t stop talking about how nice everything was. If you’re looking for a professional, comfortable, and clean spot with good vibes, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Tho's place was perfect for our group to gather and spend the weekend as our "home base" when running the Bull Run Run 50 mile trail race nearby. When our original Airbnb got cancelled with only 24 hours notice, we were shocked to find Tho's place available, which turned out to be an upgrade all around - closer to our race site, equidistant from our homes, and much nicer accomodations. What was a bad situation turned out for the better, and we were able to book and stay with less than 24 hours notice! Thanks, Tho!

We stayed here for 5 weeks in between moving out of a rental house and moving into a new home. This was the perfect option for us. The size of the house was great, it was very clean and comfortable. We have a toddler and the location was ideal - there is a playground just 3-4 houses down! And, it's near grocery stores etc etc. Sadiksha was incredibly responsive when we had minor maintenance issues and things were taken care of promptly.

We stayed for a graduation ceremony within the Quantico Marine Corps base. The location was perfect for getting on base. We did a day trip to DC which was a little over an hour on a Saturday. Well worth it! Nancy was very responsive & available to us. The cottage was perfect! Exactly as described! We had everything we needed in a quiet & safe setting!

This home was nice and very clean. It was in a good area near where I was supposed to be at so the location was awesome. I would recommend for anybody looking for a convenient house to stay in.
