Cozy Quarters offers a delightful home away from home. After unloading in the convenient carport, you’ll find our place is clean & comfortable with the amenities you’re accustomed to. Also featured is a dedicated work space for business travelers who will treasure the location, central to downtown yet tucked away on a dead end street. It’s also just a short drive to all the attractions the lakes have to offer. A quiet backyard is perfect for an early cup of coffee before starting your day.

Firepit + Seasonal Lake Views + Master Suite

Discover Eddyville from our 3-bedroom home. There is a peaceful back-deck and a cozy sun-room with seasonal views of Lake Barkley. Inside, there is a master king suite with a futon, a queen bed room, and a full over twin bunk room perfect for families or group trips. Two bathrooms equipped with basic toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. Enjoy the fireplace or outdoor fire pit. 5 minutes off of I-24. 10 minutes from Eddy Creek Marina and Venture Water Park. 20 minutes from Patti’s.

White Duck

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin minutes from Interstate 24. Twenty minutes from Clarksville, APSU and nearby Fort Campbell KY to the north and thirty minutes from downtown Nashville and all it has to offer to the south. The quiet woodsy setting and comfortable interior of White Duck provide a restful transition from a day of sightseeing or an exciting football or hockey game. **There is a $50 pet fee** Please include your pet during the booking process.

The house features nice bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and dining area. There is a concrete patio outback with a fenced yard. Venture River water park is only minutes away. We welcome travelers, fishermen, and hunters to stop by our house in a very quiet neighborhood situated only minutes from boating, fishing, hunting and swimming areas.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
