I can't say enough about how beautiful the place is! With all of the windows you have great views and I found it to be a perfect place to unwind after exploring Kauai. The place is clean, and has everything you should need. Matt is also very responsive should anything else come up! When I had a bit of trouble with the lock upon arrival Matt responded instantly and I was good to go. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

When looking for a place in Kauai she responded in a timely matter. Easily booked. It was my fault but I had never seen a tax on a Airbnb rental before. There is a state tax and a hotel tax once you arrive. About 14.00 a day. Looking back the host clearly has the tax listed in the information provided. Best accommodations ever stayed at while away. Been to lots of places over the years. Thanks for helping with our stay in Kauai. Mark and Oyo.

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

One of the best Airbnbs in Princeville. Spacious, well appointed, with killer views of the ocean, whales, surfers and the Napoli coast from the large lanai.

My family of 4 (including two teenagers) really loved staying here! Princeville was the right choice for us - away from the busier parts of the island but plenty close to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the tower fans kept the space just the right temperature - in fact, I ordered a few for my house! We especially loved the lanai for morning chats, listening to the birds, and enjoying breakfast. My teens loved the pool, and it was close by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated the ease of running a load of laundry. This was a lovely place to stay, and I hope to return someday!

This is a great place to stay on Kauai. Great location with the option to get a rental car from host. The Studio was spacious, clean and comfortable. Surrounded by a lot of nature and their beautiful farm, it felt very private but it was close to beautiful Kilauea with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance. We can highly recommend this place!!!

This place was great for our trip! The host was super helpful when we needed something and the place was clean and comfortable! There was lots to do in the surrounding area and good restaurants in town!

Sheryl was awesome to deal with. Responsive and easy to work with. Place: place was open and bigger than I expected. Kitchen: had everything we needed and some. Bathrooms: big and spacious. Location: a bit far from the airport but then anything that is worth staying is far. Amenities: clubhouse and pools were awesome. Checkin/checkout: was great. But checkout time was 10:00am which is a bit early. But if they need to get big place(s) ready for next guests, I understand the time they would need. There was sad on the floor which I didn’t like, but then I reminded myself, it’s Hawaii, sand will find its way even into your suitcase. Patio/porch: great semi-private setting. It was an awesome experience overall. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great apartment for the one night we had in Kauai. We just slept here and did not use the kitchenette but it seemed decently stocked for small meals. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Princeville is a pretty area.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredible—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was great, making it easy to get around. Rita was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. We’d definitely stay here again if we return. Just a quick tip: use the Maps app (iPhone) instead of Google Maps for more accurate directions to the property. Highly recommend!

Place is extremely gorgeous. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and home. Design ,comfort and location was amazing. Next time we’re in Princeville we’re definitely coming back. Brook was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great place in Kauai! Room has everything we needed for our stay; located conveniently next to a plaza with a grocery store and a couple of restaurants/bars; and Jared answered all our questions very promptly.

Great place to stay in the north of the island. Close to Tunnels Beach and if you want to see larger waves. Did not like the food trucks, did not feel they are clean enough.

We had a very nice time staying in this condo. We were two couples traveling together and it was very comfortable with a bathroom for each of us. We did not use the air conditioning and it was a tad warm but not bad. Any closer to the summer and you would need to pay the extra for air conditioning per day. we were charged an additional tax upon checkout although that was my understanding so not a surprise. You do need to factor that into the cost, however. The pool area is relatively nice though somewhat dated. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool area had plenty of barbecues under covered space right by the pool, which is very nice.

Great place. Perfect for me and my husband and two kids! We loved it! Clean, great location, and having beach chairs, and a small cooler was nice for beach days!

These units are run by the hotel, so check in/out was a breeze. They didn't have our sized room available at time we checked in so they upgraded us. Sweet! We were blown away at the beautiful pools, Mai tai Saturday and everything. Unit was everything we expected and more. The only thing to complain about is all of the roosters walking around the property waking us up early. Other than that, short drive to the neighborhood shopping center with large Foodland supermarket, hardware, etc. Definitely will come again.
