What a beautiful place to stay. We loved staying in Princeville. The house had everything we needed, would definitely recommend.

Our stay in Princeville was absolutely wonderful! Emily's place was not only beautiful, but the perfect home base as we explored nearby beaches and towns. The views were simply amazing! We felt like we had the best of both worlds- ocean in the front, trees and mountains in the back. The home was clean, airy and perfect for our family of four. I especially enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning on the Lanai, listening the birds wake up and staring out at the mountains. The house is also in the perfect spot to watch the sunsets out front. Communication was super easy and Emily was always extremely friendly and helpful. My entire family had such a nice time in Kauai, and Emily's home helped to make our trip very special. We will definitely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aylana and Michael's home! The residence was very well kept and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had one minor issue at the house and their response was very quick and the problem was resolved without issue. I would absolutely recommend this listing and I hope to stay here again myself. The neighborhood is very walkable and friendly. We really enjoyed our morning walks to Hideaway beach and the view is outstanding from the balcony. Mahalo Aylana and Michael!

Wonderful stay ! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and several lounging areas. It was very quiet . We saw whales breaching in the distance and albatross flying by. It’s mating season and 4 albatross (and baby) were directly across from the house- they put on quite a show! Very fun to watch. We took many walks and loved the location. We hope to return!

It'd be hard to find a better location than this! With so little public parking available in the area, it was worth its weight in gold to be able to have scenic walks from the house to the beautiful beaches and waves at Hanalei Bay and Hideaways. And the house is fantastic: a beautiful view over the gold course to the mountains; so quiet you can hear the birdsong throughout the day; perfect living area above and bedrooms down below - really smart architecture. Great spot for our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Loved the open living space, back deck and amazing whale watching with included binoculars. Hard to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed spending Valentine’s week at this beautiful cottage in Hanalei. Very peaceful, quiet and private location. Easy walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants in town. The cottage provided everything we needed including a yoga mat, comfy beach chairs, and nice towels. Would highly recommend!

This Airbnb in Princeville on Kauai’s North Shore helped us enjoy an almost two-week stay. The location is excellent. There are beaches and great restaurants nearby. There also are shops providing groceries/alcohol and other useful potential supplies in the immediate area. The unit is well laid out with space to sit and relax both indoors and on a small but cozy lanai. While there are other units in this complex; this one allowed us to feel a great deal of privacy. The unit is very clean and well anointed with good appliances and enough cooking and dining items to allow you to eat at “home” as often as you desire. We are fortunate to be able to stay at many Airbnbs and this one rates as a top notch selection.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. The location was perfect. Close to Hanalei Beach, which is one of the most kid friendly beaches we have been to. A grocery store is 5 minutes away. The unit is also walkable to the community pool/hot tub/BBQ which was very convenient. The residence was well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as beach gear. Bridgette was a great host and went above and beyond by helping us with some check/out logistics to make our travel easier. Two thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked and very clean.

Clark was very responsive and helpful, even got us a few things for the home we needed. AC was much needed and kept us very cool at night. Clean linens and very comfy beds. The only issue that visitors should be aware of are the roosters who live near by that crow clockwork every morning, we named them Bob at 1:30am, Chuck at 4am, and Gregory at 6am. We think Gregory doesn’t have much to live based on his crowing sounds. I would recommend bringing a sound machine. It was nice to know what time it was based on the crowing, comical and made the stay even special. Great location near Foodland, beach was harder to get to because it was rainy and slick. But overall great place and great host.

We had everything we needed and the location is great - walking distance to the beach (about 20 mins), the grocery store, the Saturday farmer’s market. Great kitchen, a lot of space outside for family meals and relaxing.

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family and we loved using the pool! The kitchen was very well equipped which was important to us because we cooked a lot of meals. The large snails on the deck in the morning were fascinating as well as the many geckos that patrolled the mesh fence. We would highly recommend staying here and the communication was excellent.

Awesome location in princeville, very close to Hanalei. The house was a dream, we had a wonderful time. Everything was so easy, thank you!

We had such a great stay—- the location was perfect for us, great beaches for kids nearby. The home was lovely and well equipped. There is a great space out back for the kids to run around and play. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again!

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Comfortable home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. We especially enjoyed socializing, cooking and dining in the large airy “great” room after a busy day exploring beaches and hiking trails. Wonderful view of the sunset from covered deck and dining table. Loved viewing albatross families with their chicks in nearby cul-de-sacs. Matt and his manager, Monica, were timely and responsive to our questions and pleasant to work with. Only downside was that the malfunctioning BR fans/lights had not been repaired/replaced before our arrival plus dealing with the shaky kitchen faucet barely hanging on to its base …

Home was beautiful, clean and surrounded by mountains and lots of greenery. Home was spacious for 6 of us, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped with all essential tools, and we were able to cook for family of 6 comfortably. Overall great stay, would highly recommend.

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a really great place to stay! So close to Hanalei but in a private, quiet neighborhood. Loved that the lanai overlooked tropical greenery, felt like it was staying at the edge of a forest. The unit is really thoughtfully stocked, had everything we needed to cook dinner. The washer/dryer was a big plus. Really easy check-in and communication. Loved this place and would stay again any time we want to stay on the north side of the island.

Great place and location Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All floors had a beautiful view. The host Jason was easy to communicate with. The house had everything you needed a home away from home you could say. Can’t wait to be back.

My family loved Stephanie’s place! The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s even better in person! :) The house is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed using the beach gear (chairs, towels, and snorkel gear) and the bikes. We’d definitely stay here again!!
