Our stay at this stunning house on Tunnels Beach was truly unforgettable. Every morning we woke up to breathtaking views of the lush mountains and vibrant jungle — it felt like living inside a postcard. The house itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and surrounded by absolutely gorgeous gardens filled with tropical flowers and greenery, creating a peaceful, private retreat. Beach access couldn’t have been easier — just a short walk through the yard and we were on the soft sands of one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. We loved spending our days snorkeling and swimming, and then coming back to relax on the lanai or unwind in the backyard sauna, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. The attention to detail was incredible — from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen and beach gear provided. It was the perfect romantic getaway for my girlfriend and me. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We truly can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise

My family loved Stephanie’s place! The pictures don’t do it justice — it’s even better in person! :) The house is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed using the beach gear (chairs, towels, and snorkel gear) and the bikes. We’d definitely stay here again!!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation! We loved the location. It was a quick drive to Hanalei, a short walk to the coffee shop and grocery store, and a lovely bike ride to the Anini Beach trailhead. The home had everything we needed plus the bonus details of AC in the bedrooms, six bikes, ping pong table, hot tub, outdoor shower, plenty of beach gear for snorkeling or lounging. We enjoyed having a relaxing and quiet home to come to each evening. Our adult kids (who are on their own in busy careers) came with us so the time to just relax and be together was great. We all agreed that Deborah’s lovely and quiet home is the perfect place and we plan to stay here every time we return!

This house was great for our girls trip. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The dining area was perfect for 4 people. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were nicely decorated.

Beautiful home! Melissa and Ian were amazing hosts and very easy to talk to! The home was perfect and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in Princeville. We made the mistake for not doing enough research on how far Princeville was from all the touristy areas. There aren’t roads that cut through the island (like Oahu), so to get to the other side of the island, you have to drive all the way along the coast to get to the other side. If I planned better, I would’ve probably stayed closer to the airport, which is kind of the middle location of wanting to do anything on either side of the island.

had a great 3 night stay. First off, The place was way more spacious than I thought! Location is super convenient, to get into Princeville and out to Hanalei. Lots of things around the area that's just a short drive - Wyllie's Beach, nearby Bali Hai Villas for food trucks, Princeville Center (Foodland) for groceries and shops, Puu Poa Beach, beautiful walks along golf course. Check-in, communication, check-out was all smooth. Internet was solid. Couple things to note: The parking situation can be a little tight with nearby parking spots, if you get back later, you might need to park further away, no biggie. The unit we were assigned had a shared door, which was locked, but not super great soundproofing. Also, be aware you have to pay tax during check-in.

The place was exactly as described. A great base for exploring Kauai’s north coast.

These units are run by the hotel, so check in/out was a breeze. They didn't have our sized room available at time we checked in so they upgraded us. Sweet! We were blown away at the beautiful pools, Mai tai Saturday and everything. Unit was everything we expected and more. The only thing to complain about is all of the roosters walking around the property waking us up early. Other than that, short drive to the neighborhood shopping center with large Foodland supermarket, hardware, etc. Definitely will come again.

We had a fantastic stay at Steven’s place. The space was large, light and clean. The pool facilities were great and a shopping precinct close by. Princeville is a separate resort area but good location to get to Hannalei, not far drive. We had no need to pay the $20 a night fee for air con, it was cool enough with ceiling fans. Very satisfied with our stay

It was easy to find, centrally located with great amenities!

Steven's flexibility with my stay was really welcomed, we were working during stay so having a comfortable place in the evening was very important.
