The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

This beautiful house is located on a small island in Aalsmeer and can only be reached by water. Naturally, we provide you with a boat equipped with an electric outboard motor. If needed, we’ll teach you how to operate the boat and tie knots. Upon arrival, we’ll pick you up with our boat. Your adventure-filled stay begins here! There is also plenty of space to dock your own boat if you wish.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front.
