A signora nunziata e la signora Elide sono sempre state disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze ed a rispondere ad ogni nostra curiosità. ❤️ Appartamento sito in una zona di Roma tranquilla e silenziosa con una facilità impressionante di spostamento con i mezzi di trasporto. Che altro aggiungere? Prossimo soggiorno sicuramente in questa casa meravigliosa. ❤️

Appartamento proprio come in descrizione, molto pulito e ordinato e con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Check in facile e flessibile. La zona è molto tranquilla e molto facile da raggiungere, mille punti in più per la possibilità di poter trovare sempre un parcheggio sotto casa cosa che per una città come Roma è quasi un sogno.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We've loved to stay in Barbara's apartment. It was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed and more. Comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, amazing shower, kitchen very well equipped. It's location is great, 10 minutes to Ciampino airport by bus, and just a 5 minutes walk to a 24/7 supermarket and to the train station. It just takes 15 minutes to get to Rome central station. Barbara is very gentle, kind, helpful and responded quickly to the Airbnb chat messages. Due to a delayed flight arrival, she even offered to pick us up at the airport, which we really appreciated. We strongly recommend her as a host and and will definitely stay in her apartment next time.

Spacious, clean and well-equipped Italian-style apartment. I recommend! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator. Self chech-in entry with a code. Very responsive owner. Near the metro, to the center of Rome in about 35 minutes.

Rosana sembrava come fossi una conoscente da anni, molto confidente e ci a dato informazioni magari per le prossime visite visto che noi abbiamo alloggiato nel giorno del capodanno e giustamente era tutto chiuso.. a pochi km si trova il parco divertimenti magicland.. ci ha fatto trovare anche una bellissima bottiglia di vino rosso frizzantino di casa che ahimè abbiamo dimenticato 😂.. lo consiglio vivamente

We loved staying in Anna’s bright and airy apartment. It was exactly as shown in photos with tasteful decor and unusual touches like a workout mat, meditation cushions and a piano, all of which we enjoyed. Very well equipped kitchen. The apartment is close to interesting historical sites, beautiful parks and the lively Garbatella neighborhood. We’ve visited Rome many times over the years, so spent most of our time in the area of the apartment. If you’re up for it, the walk to the center is long (a bit over an hour) but interesting and easy to navigate.

Accueil très sympathique par Antonio. Logement élégant, beaucoup de marques d'attention: produits petit déjeuner, produits salles de bains, bouteille de vin... Calme environnant. Très belle piscine.

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Monolocale nuovissimo, molto bello e arredato con gusto. Non manca nulla, molto ben insonorizzato e con climatizzatore favoloso. Il bagno e’ comodo con una doccia spaziosa. Favoloso il balconcino che affaccia su un giardino privato. Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi in cinque minuti.

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

The host was very helpful, the apartment is brand new and very spacious!

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

Carlo was a perfect host to make sure we were comfortable in his large , spacious apartment. It is in the southern suburbs but excellent bus/metro links to the city centre and it was very relaxing returning to this neighbourhood and the apartment in the evening after a busy day sight seeing. We preferred this to staying in the hectic centre. Two local restaurants Carlo recommended were great and incredible value. Carlo was on hand to meet us at the property and advise us. He also provided a very helpful folder containing full instructions to all the appliances and sight seeing/travel advice. Highly recommended if you're ok with the travel :we purchased a 7 day pass which made travel incredibly inexpensive.

Had an amazing stay at Balcone Sul Parco! I had a longer visit because because I was working in Rome for a few weeks and Ivana was very flexible with my stay. Ivana was great with communication and I could not have asked for a better host. The apartment space was very clean and had all amenities needed for a longer stay. It was in a great location for buses and the metro - easy to travel around Rome. Highly recommended apartment!

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto, alloggio molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, host gentili e collaborativi. È facile muoversi con i mezzi da e per il centro di Roma, quartiere tranquillo, ottima esperienza.

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
