Sail Loft Port is the left side of our purpose-built guest duplex. Our Sail Loft duplex features two separate but identical efficiency suites, each one equipped with a King Sized bed, bath and kitchenette. The pool is shared with guests who may be staying in the other side. Wander down to the dock and use our SUPs and kayaks in the canal where you are guaranteed to see turtles. Fast WiFi lets you work from home if you must. Smart TVs with Netflix help you wind down after a day of fun.

Welcome to our private island paradise. This is a light, charming, one bedroom unit in a quiet setting with a view over the terraced pools & into Turtle Cove & the marina. Its 1091 square feet bring a spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen/balcony. The patio door opening spans 16 ft. The large bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, another TV & beautiful ensuite bath w/ large shower. Please note, elevator is currently under repair.

Kick back and relax in this delightful modern one bedroom cottage in the high end residential gated community of Leeward. Grace Bay Beach, most recently voted “The best in the world” is only a 4 minute walk away! This cozy cottage is perfect for a couple, wanting to relax and have some downtime. The Old Beach House 2 bedroom

We have two Garden apartments downstairs that we renovated. One two bedroom two bathroom, and one 1 bed 1 bathroom. Just a 3 minute walk from a white sandy beach. You can walk to Da Conch shack restaurant along the beach in 5-10 minutes. Off the beaten trail. We live upstairs with our our potcake Boxer. We are so sad to say we just lost our legend Buster who you would have read about in all of our reviews.

My place is just a two minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Grace Bay beach. Absolutely great spot to walk to many restaurants, bars, casino, grocery store and shopping centre at Salt Mills. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travellers.
