La casa è molto accogliente e funzionale, grandi spazi sia interni che esterni. La casa si trova in un ottima posizione. Spero di poterci ritornare. Grazie Margherita.

Endroit de rêve et magnifique! Vous ne pouvez demander mieux. Une vue imprenable, il manque de rien à l’intérieur, lit confortable, etc.., Sans oublier le bel accueil d’Elena et du bon vin 🍷 qu’elle nous a laissé ainsi qu’une grande bouteille d’eau.

Ho trascorso una settimana in compagnia di amici nella struttura di Patrizia. L’immobile è immerso nelle colline e nel verde, in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la vicina Umbria e i magnifici Borghi aretini/senesi. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico: la pace, la tranquillità e la bellezza del contesto hanno reso questa esperienza unica. Posto ideale per chi cerca relax, lontano dal frenetico incedere della vita di città.

Ulisse's was really helpful as he met me at his restaurant and I followed him to the cottage. There is a coop, a butchers, a bakery and a little supermarket in Buccine and a small market on Wednesday mornings, which is really handy as there is not much around the cottage. It is in the middle of the country side surrounded by vineyards and nature, a perfect place for nature lovers. Ulisse, his wife and daughter were all really helpful and quick to resolve issues. For anyone trying to find it, have the petrol station and ristorante di ciccio on your left then continue straight on the SP540 , once you pass ristorante le bottega grassa ( a white building on your right) it is your next right turn ( the dump where you need to dispose of your rubbish from the cottage is on the right of this road) then take your next left signed "Le Mura" you continue down this road until a big yellow and white hse on the left and the big stone house on the right, the cottage is beside the stone house.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

Lieber Lucio, nun sind wir bereits zum zweiten Mal bei dir in Magione gewesen. Dieses Mal zwar nur für 5 Nächte, dennoch genauso bezaubernd und erholsam wie letztes Jahr. Wir schätzen deine freundliche, ruhige Art in jeder Situation. Wenn wir einmal etwas falsch gemacht haben, hat es sich bei dir gar nicht wie ein Fehler angefühlt. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Das Haus und seine Technik wurde umfassend erklärt. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet. Viel mehr als sonst üblich. Haushaltsgegenstände und sogar Verbrauchsmaterial, Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Spülmittel, sogar Duschgel waren vorhanden. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Begrüßungskorb mit Lebensmitteln und dem selbstgemachten Olivenöl vorgefunden. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Begrüßung! Wir haben das Haus im Winter gebucht und die Heizung funktionierte prima. Es war immer warm und wohlig. Eine wunderschöne Weihnachtsdeko wurde uns präsentiert und hat Weihnachten zu einem Erlebnis gemacht. Der Vermieter stand immer mit Rat und Tat, Restaurantsuche, Tierklinik etc.zur Verfügung und hat uns super unterstützt. Vielen Dank . Wir sind mit 2 Hunden angereist. Aufgrund des großen und vollständig eingezäunten Grundstückes, konnten die Hunde siich austoben. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.

We hebben met de familie (5 volwassenen) een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad in dit mooie deel van Toscane. Dit prachtige huisje is onderdeel van een serie huisjes die door een coöperatie worden beheerd. Wij hadden een villa dat vroeger een schuur zou zijn geweest met eigen zwembad aan de rand van een grote olijfgaard. Een adembenemend uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en tuin over de regio. Waanzinnig. Er zijn twee restaurants op loopafstand. Voor de rest is alles binnen een uur of minder te bereiken. De COOP en Lidl zijn 20 minuten rijden, Siena 50 minuten en de ontdekking van deze vakantie Arezzo op minder dan een half uur rijden. Wat een schitterende stad met rijke historie en fantastische restaurant. Onze buren uit Duitsland die de grote villa hadden waren heel vriendelijk. Het was tijdens het EK dus het was leuk om de wedstrijden samen te kijken. 1 avond hebben we voetbal in de ijssalon in het dorpje gekeken. Was ook heel gezellig. Hele vriendelijke mensen.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage in Cennina. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We felt remote yet were just a few minutes from nearby Ambra and Bucine. We highly recommend this place and we hope to return soon.

Prachtige plek, aardige hosts. Heerlijk zwembad en fantastische ligging. In The Pink house heb je prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels en landerijen. De loggia is erg fijn vanwege de schaduw. De hosts zijn erg gastvrij en aardig.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit prachtige huisje. Het ligt ten midden van de natuur, privé in alle rust. Het huisje is proper en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaars zijn enorm vriendelijk en laten je tegelijkertijd in alle rust. Het zwembad is een absolute troef en ook must in het mooie, erg warme Umbrië. Er staan interessante tips in hun boekje om te gaan eten. Erg mooi vonden wij het kleine bergdorpje Montone. Voor een gezin met 2 kinderen ideaal (kinderstoel en bedje aanwezig). Dankjewel Carl en familie!

Het verblijf bij Fausto en zijn vrouw (Anna's ouders) was werkelijk waar geweldig: een schoon huisje in een geweldig mooie omgeving. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de hosts was hartverwarmend. Zo kregen we een bosje kruiden uit eigen tuin, kwamen ze medicijnen brengen toen één van ons ziek was en stonden ze altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Nadat een andere accomodatie die we hadden geboekt, een paar dagen voor vertrek annuleerde, was de accomodatie van Anna nog beschikbaar én reageerde ze snel. We hadden geen betere accomodatie kunnen vinden dan deze en zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr abgelegen (1km privater schotterweg zum Haus) und ruhig und komplett von der Natur umgeben. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr gut mit Dusche und Klo direkt am Pool ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat noch ein eigenes großes Badezimmer und es gibt sogar 2 Küchen. Die Terrasse und generell der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön und mit genug Bäumen hat man auch schönen natürlichen Schatten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Kommunikation mit Milagros war auch sehr einfach und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Castellina Di Bocco and were sad to leave! The house was extremely clean, well furnished and inviting whilst Giulia was a generous host. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were warmly welcomed by three wonderful dogs (Thor, Pagnotta and Menta) that would become best friends with our children for the entirety of our stay. The house was great for our family of four with two living areas. Set high up on a hill, overlooking the township of Castiglion Fibocchi, you’re spoiled by a view that rivals the nearby Big Bench tourist attraction! The town itself is accessible by foot but as a family we needed to drive everywhere - Google maps guides the way perfectly. We had intended on visiting vineyards across Chianti but this was a challenge. We opted for close by wineries instead and a stop over in nearby Montepuliciano which did not disappoint. We missed out on using the pool due to bad weather but it looks perfect for warmer weather!

Consigliatissima per chi vuole una full immersion nella natura. Grande giardino con ampio prato davanti alla casa ed olivi, alberi e fiori. Eccezionale il barbeque esterno (peccato non aver potuto usare il forno per le pizze !!!). Delizioso l'arredamento da autentica country house in tutte le zone della casa. Tutto pulito e funzionante. Pace e silenzio, con un panorama bellissimo; così come tutta l'area circostante per fare passeggiate ed escursioni. Gloria mi ha dato un sacco di indicazioni per posti vicini e per mangiare. Ma il tempo era poco e ho dovuto fare una scelta... Ottima per week end e per vacanza breve.

We had an amazing time at the property. The little house is exactly what we were looking for. Bright, comfortable, clean, well equipped, amazing hosts. Close to everything, yet in a very private, calm area. Would recommend without a doubt.
