Lovely little apartment with a superb and beautifully maintained garden. Elena and Giuseppe were perfect hosts. Helpful, kind and responsive. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs and it was a delight to meet Elena’s friendly little dogs. There are an abundance of places to visit within half an hour’s drive which made for an enjoyable week. Recommended!

Margherita è un host disponibile e gentile. Prontissima a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, e prodiga nel dare consigli sui posti da vedere e dove mangiare. La casa pulita ed in ordine. Davvero un bel soggiorno.

Our stay in Michele’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment was super clean and everything needed was available. The back Terrasse and garden are absolutely beautiful and through the front window one can directly see the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. Michele was super helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing in and around Grado. The apartment is definitely more beautiful than on the pictures and we felt like home. We would love to visit again at some point. Thank you Michele!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

Hemos pasado una noche en la casa de Franca y hemos estado muy agusto. El espacio es acojedor y esta todo muy limpio y ordenado. Franca ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Nos ha encantado!

This was a great place to stay and Giorgia was a very helpful host. The flat had a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to park nearby, and there were some good restaurants in easy walking distance. We'd definitely stay again!

Die Wohnung liegt im achten Stockwerk und verfügt daher über einen großartigen Ausblick. Die Lage des Apartements ist günstig zwischen dem Bahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum gelegen, so ist beides fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Martina war reibungslos. Sie ist eine angenehme, hilfsbereite Person. Wir können Tina House vollumfänglich empfehlen.

The location is amazing. Both centrally located and on a cute back street in the pedestrian zone so you are both central and quiet. The place was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. It felt like staying at a friend’s apartment. There is a single AC unit that works well (even in August) but you must leave the bedroom doors open at night and the downstairs is warmer. It was more than sufficient for us. Great blackout shutters in the bedroom helped with light and temperature. Self-check in for a late arrival was very easy and seemingly not offered widely in Grado. The instructions to reach the apartment and access the keys were great. I did not see instructions for accessing the specific unit and we fumbled a bit in the dark. Ask in advance if you need. Parking in Grado is tricky. It was easiest and cheapest for us to park on the island, pay with the app, and walk to the place. There are limited times to access the pedestrian zone with host planning. Overall great experience

The apartment is located in a quite and nice neighborhood - everything in the walking distance - 10 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the lagoon, 1 minute to the supermarket, 20 minutes to the city center. The apartment has everything that's needed for a comfortable stay - the kitchen is well equipped.

L'alloggio è accogliente, molto ben curato e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. È ottima anche la collocazione poiché la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, l'ideale per non dover muovere l'auto. Grado Pineta ha tutti i servizi essenziali ed è collegata con Grado città dall'autobus che passa regolarmente; è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare i dintorni.

Ottimo alloggio a Monfalcone, host impeccabile che è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo chiesto di spostare il check out, non ci sono stati problemi. Casa in ordine dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti il terrazzo, grande e ottimo per scambiare due parole all'aperto (nel nostro caso per vedere i fuochi d'artificio il 31). Esperienza molto positiva, consigliata.

Elena made everything so easy for us. she was flexible with the check-in and check-out times, she stayed in contact to make sure everything was going well and she made sure that we had some recommendations and ideas for coffee/food etc. The actual apart is away from the busy inner city of Grado but its all just a few minutes walk to the centre. The apartment itself is super comfortable and we felt right at home straight away. The beach and the sea are 5 mins walk and we loved the little view of the sea from the kitchen while making coffee in the morning. Elena is an 'old-school' Super Host, in the way that Airbnb used to be a few years ago, where someone took time to make sure your stay was great!

Cosy and clean apartment, well equipped for longer stays. The communication with host Annalisa was perfect, she helped us many times. I can only recommend.

Alles super, geräumige Wohnung, spazieren von der Haustür aus, schnell in der City. Gerne wieder!!

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Antonia ci ha gentilmente accolti nel suo appartamento, che abbiamo trovato anche più ampio e luminoso di quanto sembrasse dalle foto. C'era tutto il necessario, sia in cucina che in bagno; in più, Antonia ci ha procurato una culla per il nostro bimbo. Il grande Residence ha una piscina e molto verde attorno. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi il mare anche con il passeggino in una decina di minuti. Siamo stati bene! Lo consigliamo!

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ideal. Alles sehr neu - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.
