Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en Province of Gorizia

Oliver war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist immer erreichbar. Unserer Familie hat das Appartement super gefallen und wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement ist auch mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt und sieht wie auf den Fotos aus. Wir lieben Grado Pineta, die Nähe zum Meer und kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento sulla Darsena di Grado. Veramente molto pulito, arredato con gusto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario (stoviglie in abbondanza, lavatrice, forno, tv, wifi ecc...). Stanze spaziose, ottimi i materassi. Sembrava tutto nuovo. Bella la vista. Comodissimo e sicuro il parcheggio all'interno del cortile dell'edificio cosí come la presenza di un ampio ascensore. A due minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pochi minuti in piú dalla spiaggia. Pizzeria e ristoranti dietro l'angolo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Io, mio marito e i miei due figli di 8 e 6 anni ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Georgia ist als Gastgeberin sehr zu empfehlen! Da vor und nach uns keine Gäste da waren, durften wir früher als üblich einchecken und später auschecken, das fanden wir sehr flexibel und großzügig!! Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Es befindet sich außerhalb von Grado, Nähe Grado Pineta, alles ist mit dem Fahrrad gut über Fahrradwege erreichbar. Georgia stellt 2 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, wir hatten unsere eigenen dabei. Einziger Nachteil der Lage ist, dass sich das Appartement neben der Durchzugsstraße befindet. Alles in allem eine schöne Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, Kochmöglichkeit, Balkon, Matratze, Lage. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Vielen Dank an Luka und seine Familie

We were having a remote working from Italy at Michela’s place for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every second of it! The place looks even better in life than in the pictures. Located in a fenced peaceful neighbourhood and a walkable (approx 30-40 min walk) distance to Grado center. In case you are not much of a walker, there are also some bicycles to use. (We did not use them though) A very nice touch was the “In case you have forgotten something” cabinet with some of the essentials (i.e. some most popular hygienic wares) and the welcome gift! Michela was always there and responsive to sort out any questions we had. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare almost any food and the bed was super comfy to get a good nights sleep. The internet connection overall was enough for two people to do their work stuff and attend online video calls at the same time.

Nette Wohnung mit sonnigem Balkon zum Frühstücken. Wir hatten leider öfter Regenwetter - da war die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr angenehm. Gut gelegen - nahe zu Strand, Therme, Spar und Wochenmarkt (Samstag)... Kurzer Spaziergang über die Strandpromenade in die Altstadt. Marco ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet hat. Danke, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :))

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Germana è un'ottima padrona di casa, veloce nelle comunicazioni, cordiale ed estremamente accogliente. Il BnB è pulito e confortevole e in un luogo molto tranquillo, silenzioso e riservato. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere più di qualche giorno presso di lei!

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Ottimo alloggio, pulito e spazioso, con posto auto, il tutto a un prezzo molto conveniente. La zona è molto tranquilla. Erika è gentile e disponibile, ci ha lasciato delle cose per fare colazione e ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamento caldo in base ai nostri orari.

Bili smo jako zadovoljni smještajem, pogotovo djeca koju su dočekale igračke. Domaćini su nam izašli u susret i omogućili raniji ulazak u apartman. Sve je bilo super!

francesco è stato un host molto reattivo, gentile e sempre disponibile. ci ha dato consigli sui dintorni splendidi. La casa è accogliente, nelle viuzze del centro storico di Muggia, vicinissima a bar e ristoranti. Francesco ci ha anche fatto trovare un dolce tipico della zona e tutto il necessario per la colazione, l'olio il sale e delle bottigliette di acqua in frigo! I letti sono comodissimi! consigliatissimo!

Susanna è una super host, davvero molto gentile, carina e attenta alle nostre esigenze e del nostro cagnolino. La mansarda è super silenziosa e la terrazza è fantastica. Super raccomandata! La casa ha anche un parcheggio privat super comodo. Ci ritorneremo! grazie mille

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli in questo appartamento. La casa è tranquilla, curata nei dettagli e perfettamente pulita. Cristina, la proprietaria, è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Ottima anche la posizione: facile raggiungere le principali attrazioni sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Consigliato a chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità di spostarsi facilmente!

Apartamento maravilhoso em uma ótima localização em Trieste. Fizemos tudo a pé, embora transporte público fique próximo. Apartamento muito bem montado, com linda decoração, cozinha completa e muito bem equipada, inclusive com alimentos! Minha casa em Trieste!!!!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Casa bellissima, tra le migliori in cui ho mai alloggiato tramite AirBnB, ampia e comodamente raggiungibile dai mezzi. Inoltre i ristoranti nella zona sono molto validi
