Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Barbara als Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gleybis (und Tochter Ely) sind hervorragende Gastgeber! Stets hilfreich und bemüht ein optimales Urlaubserlebnis zu vermitteln. Wir haben die Anlage und das Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist alles so vorzufinden wie beschrieben, alles funktionsfähig und sehr sauber. Check-In und notwendige Informationen wurden professionell abgewickelt. Es bleiben keine Fragen offen bzw. werden umgehend nach Kontaktaufnahme geklärt. Beim Check-out war Gleybis sehr zuvorkommend und wir konnten noch 2 Std. später auschecken. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit im COOP ca. 350 m entfernt ist gut und ausreichend. Ein paar Punkte weniger gibt es wegen der Lage: sehr weit außerhalb von Quartu Sant`Elena, ohne eine dauerhafte PKW-Nutzung daher nicht zu empfehlen. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist ca. 900 m entfernt und nicht der Schönste, den Sardinien zu bieten hat. Poetto-Strand (Richtung Cagliari) war uns zu überfüllt. Die Strände/Buchten Richtung Villasimius sind dafür empfehlenswert und nach ca. 20 min Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Insgesamt wiegt die tolle Gartenanlage mit dem hervorragenden Pool und der Außenküche, der guten Beschattung und die großzügigen Sitzgelegenheiten alle Abstriche auf! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, empfehlenswerten Urlaub auf Sardinien - Danke Gleybis!

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Grazioso appartamento in una zona tranquilla con tutte le comodità nelle vicinanze. Apprezzata la cura e la pulizia della casa. Matteo ci ha anche fatto trovare il frigo pieno.

Ubytovanie malú pre nás skvelú polohu. Bolo v tichej lokalite. Obchody boli v pešej vzdialenosti aj pláž. Parkovanie v garáži alebo na ulici veľmi jednoduché. Kuchyňa výborne vybavená, bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali. Majiteľ nám všetko vysvetlil a dal veľa typov na výlety a reštaurácie. Centrum mesta veľmi jednoducho dostupné aj MHD. Zastávka autobusu pešo 7 min. Pacilo sa mi ako separujú odpad. Cítili sme sa bezpečne a príjemne.

Alberto è un host preciso ed estremamente disponibile, le permanenza presso la sua abitazione è stata perfetta: la casa è comoda negli spazi, impagabile per la posizione e sorprendente per il panorama. Per chi cerca un posto per scoprire Cagliari con la famiglia o con gli amici, la casa di Alberto è una soluzione ideale.

Nell'alloggio di Sabina e Andrea si sta bene e in tranquillità. Camera impeccabile, semplice ma arredata con gusto e dotata dei principali comfort. Sì può mettere la macchina in un cortile riparato. All'arrivo mi ha accolto Sabina, che è stata gentilissima. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare gli splendidi dintorni in totale serenità.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed for 6 nights, we are a family of 3 with a 2 years old. The location is great and and the parking available is very convenient. The place was exactly as described, clean and with everything necessary. It's close to amazing beaches and sights. Stefano was a great host, always very responsive and proactive, with good suggestions and providing us with clear instructions and a warm welcome. Definitely recommended, we'd come here again if we are in the area.

Posizione perfetta, in una via tranquilla a solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Portu Frailis. La casa è graziosa, ristrutturata, pulita ed equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Inoltre, essendo un appartamento seminterrato la casa era sempre fresca durante il giorno, senza bisogno di accende l'aria condizionata. Riccardo è stato un host molto disponibile, fornendo info e consigli sin da prima del nostro arrivo. Consigliato!

Anna è una persona speciale, ci ha accolti in maniera molto amichevole e gentile . la casa è molto curata e ha tutto il necessario . davvero valido!!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft! Claudia hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Auch Tipps für Strände Supemärkte und Restaurants waren top. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terrasse war unser Highlight. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man fürs Kochen benötigt. Sogar die Grundvorräte zum kochen wie Olivenöl, Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Internet und der Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Auch ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand war vorhanden. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Super saubere Wohnung, liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Wohnung (Nachbarschaft). Schöne große Terrasse, tolle Wohnküche. Privater Parkplatz ist sehr vorteilhaft. Tolle Gegend, alles teilweise fußläufig erreichbar. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll! Cristina ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns trotz später Ankunftszeit an der Unterkunft empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Wir empfehlen Cristinas Wohnung weiter. Danke!

La Orange House è molto accogliente, silenziosa, pulitissima. Bellissimo mobilio, divano e letti comodissimi, zanzariere e condizionatori, tutto quello che serve per essere a proprio agio. L'alloggio era pulito, le spugne morbide e profumate, la biancheria impeccabile. Pentole e stoviglie nuove. La zona è calmissima è c'è un bello spazio esterno nella veranda dove si può pranzare e cenare. La zona è molto comoda per ogni spostamento, di notte c'è una calma meravigliosa. Consiglio la Orange House e torneremo sicuramente!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

The host lives near by with her family. They were responsive and very nice. The place was clean with an artistic flair. Bari Sardo is not a fancy place. We were not sure it was the right location for us. But after a couple of days we realized it had its charm. It is very authentic and the people are genuine. We celebrated Easter there and felt fortunate to share the event with the locals. Something we won’t forget. Great stay.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito dotato di ottimi servizi. È evidente che è stato rinnovato da poco e con scelte apprezzabili. È particolarmente silenzioso, al centro del paese e vicino alle strade che portano ai luoghi naturali fantastici. L'host è molto disponibile.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

Wir haben vier Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft in Baunei verbracht, es war durch und durch perfekt. Alles war sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ins Tal war einzigartig.
