Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Roberto ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er begleitet einen still und diskret während des gesamten Aufenthaltes und ist bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Küche übertrifft alle Erwartungen und bereitet einem einen schönen Auftakt und Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nell'appartamento di Elsa e ci siamo trovati molto bene! check-in molto flessibile, Elsa ci ha accolti all'orario a noi più comodo aspettandoci davanti all'ingresso. in aggiunta abbiamo trovato le cialde per la macchina del caffè e delle brioches confezionate. I letti sono comodi e ampi, anche se questo fa sì che nella seconda camera da letto non ci sia abbastanza distanza tra i due per passare. Infine siamo molto soddisfatti del prezzo: molto competitivo rispetto a quello che offre! Ritorneremo sicuramente se ci sarà occasione.

Esperienza bellissima! Luca e la sua famiglia sono stati tanto gentili ed accoglienti, dandoci un sacco di informazioni utili per visitare i luoghi vicini ed i migliori posti dove mangiare i piatti tipici. La casa ha una pulizia impeccabile, dotata di ogni comfort e immersa nel verde e nella quiete. Vicina e pratica ad Anghiari, un borgo stupendo e a tanti altri borghetti tipici della bellezza toscana. Super consigliato!!

Andrea ci ha accolti già dal parcheggio ed accompagnati fino all'alloggio ci ha spiegato tutto molto bene sia alloggio e come muoverci a Città di Castello ottima posizione per chi vuole muoversi nella parte settentrionale dell'Umbria ed anche per riviera romagnola

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo piccolo appartamento per una notte e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’alloggio è ben curato, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina ai principali servizi e collegamenti. Il check-in è stato semplice e gli host molto disponibili e cordiali. Ideale per una breve sosta in città. Consigliato!

La casa di Giulio è in una posizione ottimale,a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Foligno e vicina alle altre mete in zona come Assisi e Spello. Le indicazioni che ci ha dato per arrivare erano più che precise.Siamo arrivati molto in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in e lui ci ha prontamente fatto portare le chiavi per accedere all'appartamento. La casa è molto carina e con un bel terrazzo,inoltre Giulio ci ha fatto trovare un lettino completo di tutto per il nostro bimbo piccolo.Lo consiglio vivamente!

Antonio ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich immer um das Haus und seine Gäste kümmert. Die 4 Wohnungen waren sehr gut und auch praktisch für unseren Gruppenurlaub. Parkplätze gibt es mehr als genug auf dem Grundstück, da Autos auch Pflicht sind um zum Haus zu gelangen. Des Weiteren ist der Pool sehr gut und auch sehr groß. Genug Platz um viel Spaß zu haben. Antonio kam mehrfach um den Pool auch zu reinigen, was sehr gut war. Gut wären noch weitere Schattenmöglichkeiten wie Schirme oder ein weiterer Pavilion da man die sonst vorher mitnehmen muss.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Pour la Casa Colorata, nous n'avons que des éloges ! La maison est spacieuse, très propre et bien située sur une colline ; le paysage de la campagne des Marches tout autour est superbe. Loretta l'a décorée avec amour et l'a équipée en tout, dans le plus petit détail. Nous avons passé des beaux jours ensoleillés entourés des animaux, des fleurs et des oliviers - l'huile produit par Loretta est exquis. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation !

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Roberto per passare gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. L'appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente tranquillo, in compagnia di amici. L'ambiente è confortevole e attrezzato per ogni esigenza con spazi esterni davvero molto ben curati. Roberto è stato disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Veramente un bel posto per passare del tempo piacevole.

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!

L’appartamento è ampio, in una zona tranquilla e vicina ad Assisi. Il giardino aiuta a rilassarsi e fare due passi. Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. I nostri due cuccioli hanno apprezzato il giardino e lo spazio a disposizione in casa. Gli host sono super disponibili e amichevoli. Consigliato se volete visitare Assisi e i dintorni ma stare anche in tranquillità

Stefania è un host molto empatica, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli sulla zona e ci ha accolto con un caloroso benvenuto. Sempre pronta nelle risposte e reattiva. La casa è comoda, siamo stati in sei e ci ha accomodati secondo le nostre esigenze. Molto cordiali e presenti anche i genitori, che abitano al piano superiore. Consiglio l’appartamento che si trova in un punto in cui è facile spostarsi nei vari luoghi da visitare in zona. Dalle grotte di Frasassi a Senigallia. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

location molto carina... raggiungibile per quanto riguarda le località turistiche Assisi, Perugia,Spello, Gubbio,Orvieto. consigliamo vivamente per chi voglia passare un weekend in assoluta tranquillità per non dire poi della piscina a completa disposizione. consiglio vivamente per chi voglia passare uno splendido weekend Grazie ancora prenderemo in considerazione nel caso in cui volessimo ritornarci.

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Claudio's place was immaculate! I've never seen an Airbnb that was this clean and well thought out for this purpose. There was plenty of room for the two of us with space available to store our travel things for the week we were there. Claudio was very thorough in explaining how things worked and where things were located and also included notes here and there with how to deal with the trash, heating/cooling system and check out. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets to use as needed. As with most Italian bathrooms, the shower was a little small for those of larger stature, but it functioned well and the amount of hot water available was plenty for 2 people to be able to shower one right after the other. Claudio also left some wonderful welcome snacks, water, wine and had the kitchen stocked with all the necessary basics for making meals at home. He even had both Italian and American coffee available with the appropriate tools for preparation.

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
