Perfect! This apartment was everything we needed and more. Its location is walkable to the airport (5mins), the train station (15mins) and everywhere in and around Pisa. It is set off a quiet street away from all the noise, has a lovely garden (I wish we had stayed longer to have used it), inside was spotless, so many towels! Chiara went over and above for our whole stay, before with fast communication and during with all the food that was left for us on arrival (even a cake for my daughter’s birthday and a bottle of wine for us adults!). It made the start of our trip so much easier. Her service really is amazing and we would definitely come back to stay here when next in Pisa.

il Casale di Annamaria é splendido. Le foto non gli rendono giustizia. È un vecchio casale in pietra del 1700 ristrutturato. Offre diverse tipologie di camere per tutte le esigenze. É immerso nel verde appena fuori Casciana Terme. A piedi in 10 minuti si può raggiungere il centro del paese, con un ampia offerta di ristorantini tipici. Noi abbiamo cenato al vecchio mercato, che consiglio vivamente. La posizione é strategica per visitare Volterra, San Geminiano, Siena e Lucca. Annamaria é un host impeccabile. Ottime le torte fatte in casa per colazione. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

Eufemia est une hôte d'une gentillesse incroyable. La communication était parfaite : réactivité, bons conseils, ... Eufemia nous a même accompagné au centre ville puis à l'aéroport car nous avions eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. L'appartement est beau et très bien équipé ! La lliterie est confortable 😊 Les biscottes, la confiture et le lait pour le petit déjeuner étaient un vrai plus! Bref, un logement et un hôte comme on les aime. Merci encore pour tout !

Casa molto carina posizionata in zona tranquilla facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla vicina strada provinciale. Accuratissima la pulizia degli ambienti così come la biancheria. La casa è provvista di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e Franco è una persona molto disponibile e aperta.Grazie,grazie e ancora grazie per averci coccolati!Silvia

Ми провели чудовий вікенд з подругами в цьому будиночку, вид з тераси перевершив всі мої очікування, набагато гарніше навіть ніж на фото! Будинок у чудовому стані, дуже затишно та чисто. Господар був привітний та з радістю допомагав у вирішенні будь-яких питань. Можу з повною впевненістю рекомендувати цю локацію. Дуже гарний будинок. Повернусь сюди ще не раз.

Soggiorno con la famiglia. Base per escursioni a Pisa e Lucca. Proprietari molto gentili e cortesi. Casa pulita e comoda con una bellissima terrazza che in estate diventa sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello della struttura. Da non sottovalutare il posto auto comodissimo. La raccomandiamo caldamente. Grazie per l’ospitalità.

Это было потрясающе! Дом находится в уединенном живописном месте, состояние жилья превзошло все ожидания. Очень уютно и душевно. Не хотелось оттуда уезжать. Хозяйка очень приветливая и доброжелательная, ответила на все наши вопросы и дала необходимые инструкции. С обратной стороны дома есть небольшой магазин со всем необходимым, правда, его сложно было найти, на нем нет вывески. За домом есть небольшое кафе, утром там купили вкуснейшие круассаны. Если пройти мимо кафе чуть дальше, выйдете на небольшой мост, с которого открывается шикарный вид на окрестности. Рекомендую сходить туда утром. Жилье всем рекомендуем. Если еще будем проезжать по Тоскане, обязательно там остановимся!

Quel plaisir d'arriver ainsi dans une si belle maison, vaste et bien rangée et de trouver en cadeau tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner ❣️ Le village de Ghizzano est superbe et très original, nous avons pu profiter des collines autour et faire une balade sublimes et la localisation est telle que nous avons pu rayonner toute la semaine et découvrir tous les hauts lieux touristiques de la Toscane. Une semaine enchanteresse, grâce à vous. Merci encore.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met onze twee kinderen. Mooie grote grote ruimte met de juiste voorzieningen. Twee minuten lopen van de zee, de straat waar de Airbnb zich in bevindt heeft meer dan genoeg ijssalons en restaurants. Wij hebben enorm genoten.

I had a great stay here. Paola is friendly and she arranged everything perfect. I can put my drop off my luggage earlier. The apartment is well-organized. Paola also has another apartment in Livorno. I will come back with my family staying in her apartment Pisa or Livorno too. Thank you for her hosting

È andato tutto molto bene, Giovanni è stato molto gentile e anche sua moglie che abbiamo conosciuto in occasione del checkout. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, letto comodo e camere ampie.

Siamo stati benissimo! non solo l'appartamento è splendido ma Ilaria è disponibilissima, è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze di check in, ci ha consigliato attività e ristoranti e ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. non posso che raccomandare vivamente a tutti questo appartamento e sicuramente la prossima volta che ripasseremo da Livorno torneremo da lei! grazie!

L'appartamento di Laura è molto funzionale e pulito, non manca nulla. Il letto è molto comodo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il centro è vicinissimo e parcheggiando allo stadio siamo arrivati in centro in 10 minuti. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi vuole visitare la città e nel frattempo stare comodo e rilassarsi. Laura è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, i suoi consigli sono stati molto utili. Consigliatissimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni da Alessandro ci ha accolto di persona ed è stato molto gentile e reattivo con la comunicazione, la casa è come descritto pulita e in ordine con tutto il necessario per trascorrere delle belle vacanze, in pochi minuti a piedi si è in centro dove si trovano negozi e ristoranti, la consiglio sicuramente.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht in die Berge und den umliegenden Wald. Sehr kompetente Vermieterin mit guten Tipps zur Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt.

I made a same day arrival booking, Cristina was faultless last minute and late arrival all managed without fuss very clear instructions to get here. we landed in Bologna Airport and had a 2 hour drive so would suggest Pisa Airport as we left from there (1 hour drive). stunning setting, immaculate inside and out, very relaxing atmosphere. breakfast was fantastic a great selection well balanced. Cristina and her team are amazing 👏 ❤️. NOTES: have a car it is remote...ensure phones location is on precise, mine wasn't and it struggled to find the place....but my phones fault not Cristinas. we will be back !

One of the best places we stayed in, in Italy. The suite we stayed in was super clean and comforting. The breakfast was really cozy and nice and the big beautiful garden with swimming pool a great place to hang out. We have two young kids and for them it was such a pleasure to be here. The dinners in the garden were not only delicious but really got the Italian feeling out of it. Location is great in between Pise, beaches and gorgeous Lucca. Last but not least, the owners are the best of all. So friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

George una persona gentile e disponibile, ci ha assistito fin dal primo minuto in cui siamo arrivati nel suo alloggio. Ci ha accompagnato ovunque e spiegato la storia e le particolarità della città. Stare da George è come stare a casa, il suo alloggio è una piccola oasi in mezzo ad altri edifici. Super consigliato!!

Wow what a place. This is a genuinely amazing property hidden in the hills of Tuscany. The house is one of a few in a secluded hamlet owned by Petra’s family and is surrounded by forest providing privacy and tranquility. The house is beautifully appointed and is sparkling clean. The upstairs rooms have panoramic eastern views, perfect for watching the sunrise. We even spotted a few deer grazing in the morning. Petra is a kind host who helped organise a dinner booking in a neighbouring restaurant and cooked an excellent breakfast including strong Italian coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a peaceful base from which to explore Tuscany - it’s only a 10min drive to San Gimignano. Thanks Petra for being such a gracious host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

La signora Paola è stata gentilissima per il tempo della mia permanenza nel suo B&b. Ho subito un ritardo del mio volo aereo e sono arrivata in struttura alle 3 di notte ma nonostante ciò mi ha fatto entrare subito senza problemi. La posizione è ottima, a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione e 5 min in macchina dall’aeroporto. La camera era davvero spaziosa e pulita.

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!
