숙소가 너무 이뻤어요. 가족여행으로 부모님과 함께 간 건데 부모님도 모두 좋아하셨습니다. 테라스에서 식사와 아침에 커피 먹는게 너무 이뻤습니다.

Absolutely amazing stay at Eddj’s place! Family of 6 had plenty of room and were very comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. The washer and dryer were extremely helpful as this was the beginning of our vacation before heading off to other locations. The air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. Location is amazing. Right near the train station but walkable to everywhere. We never took any transportation. You’re always a 15-20 minute walk to main attractions. Eddj himself was spectacular. Fantastic communication all the way around from the moment of booking to arrival. We were even able to check in early and Eddj met us to show us around. If you’re reading this and your dates are available, I would book as soon as you can!

One of the best air bnb I have stayed in. Lots of space for the four of us. Great facilities, including a stocked store cupboard of tea, coffee pods, oil etc. Very clean. Bed was a bit softer than we like, but we were not rolling into each other. Plenty of pillows and bedding made a very comfortable stay. Showers were good, always hot. Comfortable sofas. External automatic shutters kept rooms dark at night. When windows were open there was some noise from traffic at the front but when closed there was nothing that would disturb sleep. Not much view from the balcony but I enjoyed having my breakfast there in the morning sun. View from living room was nicer and we enjoyed great sunsets. The apartment was on the fourth floor but had a small lift. Good WiFi and tv streaming. The location was excellent and we could walk to everything we wanted, and it was easy to arrive by train from Pisa and take day trips (we went to Lucca and Siena). Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. There was plenty of space and the location was within walking distance to everything! Eugenio was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in as we were headed to the Fiorentina soccer match in the afternoon. Daniela met us at the Airbnb to quickly explain how everything worked and even helped us find transportation to the game. There was plenty of water, juice, and even a bottle of wine which we appreciated. Extra umbrellas really came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Having a glass of wine on the deck after a long day and looking out onto the Duomo is well worth the climb to stay in this beautiful apartment! It’s rare to find an apartment with an outside area in the middle of the city to relax and enjoy! If you were any closer, you’d be in the Duomo!! Thanks for a great day. Lorenzo was wonderful.

Had a great stay at this lovely apartment! Great location (quiet!) and an easy stroll to major sights. Stunning rooftop views were extra special. Apartment was clean and had all kitchen equipment we needed.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed with AirBNB. The apartment was stunning and in a great location. We arrived before check-in and Francesco was able to store our baggage while we went for lunch. There were times when the street noise was loud late at night, but it wasn’t too bad. I’m pretty sure that’s the case no matter where you stay in Florence if you’re in a tourist area.

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. Photos of the place do not do justice to how beautiful and impecable it is. Also, Karin was very approachable and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

Roberta and Rosella’s place was a charming find. It’s a diagonal opposite of “2 beds, one table, one chair” hotel arrangement - it’s eclectic, has personality, is unique, and has touches of history likely going back centuries here and there. We loved the blend of historical with modern amenities (WiFi, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, modern furniture). We also loved the entire private stack - from the ground floor entryway to the second floor terrace and kids’ bedroom. Wish we could spend longer in the apartment instead of running around Florence. High walk scores - we walked to the train station, Academia, Ponte Vecchio, many restaurants. R&R went over and beyond as hosts - checking in to see what we needed, making reservations at excellent restaurants months in advance, even booked us a place for lunch in Rome on the day we checked out. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay during Tuscany trip. The views are even better than the pictures suggest. Pool and the area around it was great. Host was very kind and helpful. The apartament was as described- rustic style, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, shower, hair dryer, bidet, towels. Easy parking. We stayed here for 4 nigts. Around 50min drive from Florence and the same from Pisa.

On a passé un superbe séjour dans ce logement. L’entrée est magnifique et très bien décorée. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréable. L’intérieur est conforme à la description et aux photos. Il manque peut être quelques équipements de cuisine comme une bouilloire ou un lave vaisselle. Mention spéciale pour le propriétaire qui était adorable et toujours au petit soin. C’est un très bel endroit.

Wir waren zu acht in dem Haus, alles war ordentlich, gut organisiert und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns einmal sogar mit dem Auto gefahren, um eine Freundin abzuholen. Man sollte ein Auto haben, kann aber tolle Tagesausflüge von Massarosa aus machen! Insgesamt sehr schön, vor allem das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis super!!

The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Such a lovely host with great local restaurant recommendations. The apartment is absolutely faultless with everything you could need - napkins, cooking oils, coffee and tea. Much bigger than I thought it would be and stunning views from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Would highly recommend as location is great for exploring and easy to get to train station too. We were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and it was perfect for us!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable and Lorenzo was an extremely gracious host. He was responsive and very flexible and accommodating. Lorenzo provided maps of Florence, and recommendations for restaurants. We had a lovely stay. It is within walking distance to the train station, and all of the historic city sites. The only thing to consider is that the apartment overlooks the summer market. If your group is sensitive to noise, it may be something you would want to consider. On the positive side, we were able to enjoy the beautiful music in the evenings while we enjoyed out cocktails. I would recommend this apartment and Lorenze as host.

The host was amazing, she met us outside to let us in and after arrival everything was smooth as silk. A bit stressful with city traffic getting to the place but hosts instructions are clear and precise. Host is extremely organized and has a booklet of suggestions and problem solves if any issues arise. 100% a place i would stay again

Marcella's apartment was fantastic. It was located right next to Santa Croce square which was an ideal location for Florence attractions and lots of restaurants/bars - one of our favourite restaurants was directly across the street! The apartment was clean and well resourced. Marella was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
