Ótimo apartamento localizado em um lugar calmo com lugares para estacionar ao lado. Apesar de termos ido de carro a estação de trem era muito perto. A casa é super espaçosa e a comunicação foi sempre muito rápida o que facilitou muito a nossa viagem. Super recomendo

The apartment is perfectly located in Prato to catch the train to Florence or other towns in the region. The closest large super market is about 15 minutes by foot. The main square is a few steps away. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable to stay in for a few days.

Everything was great. Very secluded and quiet area, the space was clean and everything needed is there. Beds are comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso. Ottima esperienza.

Beautiful and clean, had everything we needed. Location was outside of the city center, which made it quiet but still easy to get to the sights. The terrace is fabulous. Great walking/running trails close by.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Lastra a Signa e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è comodissima: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, perfetta per chi vuole visitare facilmente Firenze e i dintorni. La casa è disposta su due livelli, spaziosa, pulita e accogliente, ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni. La host è una persona gentilissima ed estremamente educata. Nonostante si trovi all’estero, ha gestito ogni dettaglio con grande cura, rispondendo sempre con disponibilità e dimostrando grande flessibilità fin dal primo contatto. La comunicazione è stata sempre fluida ed efficiente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo imprevisto con una perdita d’acqua, ma è stato risolto rapidamente grazie al suo intervento. Un gesto che porterò nel cuore è l’attenzione della sua famiglia: i genitori, presenti sul posto, ci hanno addirittura regalato due barattoli di carciofi e polpa di pomodoro fatti in casa dalla mamma. Un’ospitalità davvero rara da trovare. Consiglio vivamente

Ho trascorso le vacanze di Pasqua a Firenze con mio marito ed i miei figli. L? alloggio era ampio ed accogliente. Ci ha accolto personalmente l'host che ci ha dato utili consigli ed in caso di necessità era pronto a risponderci. L'host è stata gentile e disponibile, Ci siamo spostati agevolmente verso il centro con i mezzi pubblici. L' alloggio dispone di un garage.

Family of three: We stayed in this beautiful apartment for five nights while enjoying daily activities in Florence and Prato. The apartment is part of an elegant three-storey building, with free parking available right in front. Inside, the apartment is spotless, featuring luxury finishes and new furniture. Prato is at about 20 minutes by car, Florence at about 40 minutes. We’ll definitely stay again when we are in the area !

Soggiorno perfetto: casa bellissima. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa, anche con i bambini! Torneremmo volentieri e lo consigliamo senza esitazione.

Byt je veľmi pekný a má výbornú dostupnosť električkou do centra Florencie, preto sme si ho vybrali. Má krásnu veľkú terasu, s výhľadom presne podľa fotiek. Lorenzo nám vždy reagoval na otázky veľmi rýchlo a presne a poradil nám. Bol to výborný bezproblémový pobyt, doporučujem ho a rada sa tu vrátim.

Great spacious apartment in a very convenient location. Close to the station and also just a few minutes walk to the historic centre, with lots to see. Easy to get the train to Florence in under half an hour, and also Pistoia and Lucca in the other direction. Great value for money!

Vincenzos und Dilias Appartmentanlage ist abgelegen und lädt zum relaxen ein. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist zwar beim ersten Mal aufregend, man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Die Lage ist perfekt, um prato, Pistoia und Florenz zu erkunden. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter

Raffaele e la sua famiglia sono stati super gentili e sempre disponibili. Alloggio come in foto accogliente e pulito. Ottima posizione e parcheggio vicinissimo. 5 stelle in tutto!

Appartamento delizioso, curato e molto pulito. Si percepisce la cura di ogni dettaglio. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte con due bambine piccole ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Elisa gentilissima e disponibile. Super consigliato 👍

Piccolo alloggio delizioso immerso nel verde, adatto per le coppie e ben fornito. I proprietari sono gentili, simpatici e molto disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. L'appartamento, nella sua posizione tranquilla sulle colline, permette di rilassarsi e sfruttare le belle giornate con un tuffo in piscina, una grigliata sotto il sole oppure di fare una passeggiata seguendo uno dei numerosi percorsi presenti nei dintorni. All'interno la casa è confortevole, pulita e ben arredata, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si possa avere bisogno. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque abbia voglia di riposarsi e fare delle passeggiate nella natura.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
