We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

This airbnb was very clean and aligned with the photos. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. We booked it to be close to the airport. While we did walk there, we did have to cross a very busy major road and couldn't find a crosswalk, so not a good option for families or big bags. We did a short walk (10 mins) to a local restaurant which was family run and very good.

Conveniently located next to bus line 6 that takes you straight to Florence city center. Couldn't ask for better!

Our stay here was lovely, the house is beautiful and very serene and Tom was a great host, really helpful and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family to stay here too, thank you very much!

Die Unterkunft von Carlo ist super für Familien die in der Nähe von Florenz unterkommen möchten. Sehr freundlicher Gast, sehr gemütliche Zimmer, ruhig im Hinterhof mit einem kleinen Garten wo Kinder spielen können. Parkplätze in der Nähe waren recht leicht zu finden. Wir empfehlen!

Staying at Villa Lysis was an absolute, amazing traditional Italian experience. The decor was stunning and beautiful. The views were to die for. We spent every morning having breakfast on the veranda/balcony looking out to the stunning Tuscany landscape. Andrea was so helpful and offered us many tips and information and was always available by messaging for support. When we arrived he had laid on delicious pastries, juice, tea and coffee for the morning and helped organise our travel to and from the airport. You couldn't ask for such an amazing and supportive host. There was a small shop 3 minutes from the villa that would sell basics, amazing cheese and oranges! We relied on trains throughout our stay, 15 minutes walk to the train station down hill, where you can access Florence within 15 minutes and Pisa within 45 minutes. Train travel is subsided by the government so really cheap. What a beautiful holiday we will never forget!

Marco was super super helpful and proactive. He had a detailed list of helpline numbers, recommendations and waste disposal. The host was even kind enought to accomodate us given the fact that construction was going on outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

A very comfortable flat, quiet, clean, short walk from train station. Close to everything. Host met me at check in and was available and very friendly. Bathroom was nice and remodeled. Highly recommend.

L'appartement est parfait, très agréable et très joliment décoré. Proche des commerces, restaurants et du tramway. Cristina est une hôtesse parfaite, d'une gentillesse extrême qui se rend disponible. Je la recommande fortement.

We stayed at Sandra’s apartment in Prato with my mother and my husband during our trip to Florence. The apartment was spotless, and Sandra had kindly stocked the fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. One big plus was that she also provided a secure parking spot for our car. We took the train to Florence using the Prato Central Station, which is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment — very convenient. Thanks to Sandra’s local tips, we also got to enjoy some traditional Tuscan flavors right in Prato. Thank you for everything!

Leiligheten var som beskrevet, rolig beliggenhet, god seng, praktisk med to bad, alle nødvendigheter i gangavstand, anbefaler fiskerestauranten! God service og kommunikasjon med utleier, kommer gjerne tilbake!

Signa is a beautiful small town only 20 min from Florence. this apartment is 3 min from the train station but you don't hear any for the trains! It is a spacious well furnished apartment with 2 big bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds and linens. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses, etc. The WiFi worked perfectfly for remote working. There are lots of daylights but the bedrooms have rolled down blinds to block all the lights out and make it pitch black when you sleep. Sabrina was always responsive and greeted us a nice wine bottle too! I was there for a tango festival and some friends stayed at the hotel Europa next door. but needless to say that our stay in this big apartment was much more pleasant and even cheaper! I highly recommend staying there!

L’alloggio è fantastico. È un piccolo monolocale ma curato nei minimi dettagli. È estremamente pulito, ha tutto ciò che serve - lavatrice, stendino, utensili, asciugamani, Wi-Fi, caffè, the e cose per fare colazione. Il proprietario è estremamente disponibile, mi è venuto a salutare al check out e questa cosa non è scontata. È in una posizione comodissima - a soli 18 minuti di treno ero al centro di Firenze! E mi ha fornito anche la possibilità di avere un posto auto, insomma non mi mancava nulla! Unica pecca è l’assenza di finestre, ma noi abbiamo facilmente risolto aprendo un po’ la porta centrale per fare il cambio di aria. Sicuramente tornerò! Questo posto è una garanzia 😊

Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για λίγες μέρες και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι! Είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες – καθαρό, λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο του Prato αλλά και στον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, κάτι που μας επέτρεψε να επισκεφθούμε εύκολα και τη Φλωρεντία. Ο Matteo ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης – ευγενικός, άμεσος στις απαντήσεις του και πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Ιδιαίτερα εκτιμήσαμε την ησυχία της περιοχής και την άνεση του διαμερίσματος. Σίγουρα θα το προτείναμε και θα επιστρέφαμε με χαρά!
