Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison toscane où Elena nous a accueillis avec bonne humeur et une grande gentillesse. Merci à elle! Le logement (un appartement dans une maison qui en compte 2) est fidèle à la description et bien agencé pour une famille de 5 comme la nôtre (3 enfants de 10 à 5 ans). La piscine (pas trop chaude!) est un vrai plus car il a fait très chaud durant notre séjour! Elle est nettoyée chaque matin avec discrétion. Les enfants ont adoré jouer avec Primo le petit chat et profiter du grand jardin. Nous avions peur que la promiscuité avec les autres locataires soit un problème (bruits des enfants dans la piscine) mais ça n’a pas été le cas. Par chance, nous n’avions pas les mêmes horaires et tout s’est fait très naturellement 😉 Une info importante: chaque chambre possède son propre ventilateur, bien utile. Nous conseillons également de laisser les fenêtres et portes ouvertes la nuit, pour profiter du vent qui souffle très agréablement le soir. Grazie Mille!

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Situato a Signa, in un paese tranquillo, vicino a Firenze, questo B&b offre una sistemazione molto confortevole e accogliente; in camera non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma basta accenderla in soggiorno e chiudere la porta del bagno. Per il resto l'appartamento è completo di tutto. La posizione è a circa un km dalla stazione, si raggiunge con l'auto, attraverso una stradina in salita. C'è la possibilità di caricare e scaricare i bagagli, ma poi bisogna scendere per parcheggiare. In paese si trova facilmente posto vicino al municipio. I proprietari sono cordiali e molto disponibili, e la struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per chi desidera un soggiorno fuori dal trambusto della città.

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

100% From the moment we met Cristina we felt very welcome. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable, checking in and providing recommendations and parking tips. The cottage was beautifully decorated with modern luxuries such as heated flooring, both gas and electric stove, fireplace, comfortable beds and a washer/dryer. The old cave is a magical property to explore, play basketball or relax in. Surrounded by nature and beautiful flower gardens, the birds sing all around. You will feel extremely safe here with secured parking and locked gate. No detail has been missed. I would recommend having a rental car to explore the areas in Tuscany as the home is close to many amazing spots for day trips. Thank you Cristina and Marco for a perfect stay ❤️

Geweldige locatie waar alles aan klopt. Overal is aan gedacht, het ontbreekt je aan niets. Je voelt je meteen thuis. Het uitzicht vanaf je terras is prachtig en in de omgeving is veel te doen. Host Cristina is ontzettend attent en reageert snel. Ze denkt mee en heeft leuke tips. Een feest om hier te verblijven!

A superb base for group taking part in UTMB Chianti race weekend (around 20 mins drive). The estate’s red wine was particularly tasty way of celebrating. Love to return when warmer to relax by the pool, and enjoy the stunning views.

La maison est vraiment magnifique et spacieuse dans un environnement paisible, le jardin est superbe et la vue exceptionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour pour visiter les villes et villages de Toscane. Alec et Cristina sont charmants, ils nous ont accueillis avec un apéritif généreux (fromages, gateaux, chocolats, fruits et vin). Ils ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Villa Fonte Morgana was a fantastic place to stay. We stayed there for a family vacation with 10 adults and five children under 7. The villa was spacious, the views were great, and it was close enough to Florence for easy access yet far enough away to feel peaceful. The host, Lorenzo, was super helpful whenever we needed something. Everything was clean and up to date.

Giulia and Vieri welcomed us with open arms and we felt at home from the first second. The villa is beautiful, cozy, authentic and rustic. Surroundings are incredible with views, nature and wines and olive trees everywhere you look. 15 min walk to town with a bunch of good restaurants and smaller shops. Most importantly the hosts are just very nice people that made us feel welcome and at home. We spent a month and loved every second of it. Thank you!

Had a lovely week at the villa. Amazing place and beautiful views! Florence a short drive away, but we also enjoyed walking about 35 minutes to Fiesole for restaurants and views.

We had a wonderful stay at Olga’s spacious, spotless home, which truly felt like a slice of Tuscan paradise. It's one of those rare occasions where the photos don’t do the place justice—the house is even more beautiful in person. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the cooler weather, we still felt fully immersed in the beautiful landscape, thanks to the large garden and access to lush green areas all around us. We felt right at home, Olga was a fantastic and lovely host—she took care of everything we needed and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Always available and eager to help, Olga offered great recommendations, from the best local sites to visit to hidden gems in nearby towns. She even went the extra mile to help with restaurant reservations. We can’t recommend Olga’s place enough! This was a true Tuscan experience.

Magnifica residenza di campagna, grandi spazi maestosi e accoglienti. Abbiamo soggiorno in autunno e l'utilizzo delle stufe a pellet e delle pompe di calore è stato sufficiente per rendere caldi molti locali della casa. Assolutamente consigliato. Comodo per visitare Firenze e dintorni.

The location was very convenient to Firenze, but provided a wonderful countryside break from the cities we visited. It was wonderful to wake up in the middle of an olive orchard to birdsong. The beds were comfy and the towels large and thick. There was plenty of space for our group of 7 adults to spread out in the space. The train was an easy 5 minute walk with trains every 20 minutes to Firenze. We did call a cab to get us to the train with our luggage (and they came on time).

The house and grounds were beautiful, it was serene and calm . Everything was neat and lots of amenities provided, hair dryer, pool towels. The cooking class was fantastic!!

war ne wunderbare Woche. viel schöner als beschrieben. Man hat sich gefühlt wie auf ner Hochzeit von nem italienischen prinzen. das einzige was man sagen könnte, ist das in der Anzeige nicht genau beschrieben ist, dass man sich den Pool teilt. Trotzdem waren wir zu 9 immer fast alleine ohne andere Mieter

A beautiful place to stay close to Signa which has plenty of shops and 2 train stations.. it takes only 20 minutes to get in to the heart of Florence. The apartment is next to the main villa and is huge! The place was clean with comfy beds and a big dining table. Just a few more pots, pans & cooking utensils would have been great as we enjoy cooking together & quite a few of the restaurants in Signa were closed for the holidays. Lots of outdoor space and a lovely 5 minute stroll through the olive groves to the pool. Had a great stay.. thanks Massimo and Margaux 😊

what a magical experience it was to share share this home with our family. the view was breathtaking. The sunsets were magnificent. We absolutely love the artwork and architecture was amazing. We loved everything. I am so grateful to the host for allowing us to be a part of the story. Last evening, they catered private dinner for our family, and it was top-notch. The love and care that was taken to provide the meal for us did not go unnoticed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an extraordinary experience in Italy.
