Siamo stati davvero molto ma molto bene, l'appartamento era grande e ben fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di piu. Enrico host molto attento e cordiale ma discreto, ci sentiamo davvero fortunati di aver potuto godere per qualche giorno di un paradiso simile. Menzione speciale al simpaticissimo Domenico che ci ha rifornito di olio, acqua e uova, intrattenendo le bimbe, persona squisita, disponibile e solare! Speriamo un giorno di poter ritornare!

Logement qui correspond bien à la description qui en est faite. Très bel environnement, refait avec goût dans le style d'origine. Le salon est très grand, avec un plafond rampant, très beau. Malheureusement il a fait très mauvais temps pendant notre séjour et les soirées étaient un peu froides car nous n'avions pas voulu allumer le chauffage dont le coût est assez élevé. Lorenzo et Lino ont été ponctuels et chaleureux. Le logement se situe à environ 4 km du centre de Spoleto, une voiture est donc nécessaire. Nous avons quand même pu la première matinée où il y avait du soleil, rejoindre Spoleto à pied par la promenade ancienne voie ferrée et c'est une balade très agréable.

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!

Great place for a short or a long staying right in Viterbo center. This is a beautiful fully furnished apartment with all amenities close by. You will immediately feel home and Vincenzo is a great host. Highly recommended.

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Erholung sucht, findet sie hier. Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Molino Verde (Appartement Ginestra) und haben jeden Moment genossen. Die Wohnung, das Anwesen, der Garten im Olivenhain und der traumhaft saubere und große Pool sind unbeschreiblich schön. Haben Orte, wie Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi und Orvieto besucht. Alles mit dem Auto einfach zu erreichen. Zum Abschluss gab es immer eine Erfrischung im Pool. Barbecue und Waschmaschine auch vorhanden. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Sogar im Olivenöl gibt es lauschige Plätze mit Hängematten zum Entspannen. Vielen lieben Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Nicoletta und Fabiana, die so lieb und zuvorkommend waren. Auch ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Saskia, die uns von der Buchung bis zum Abschied begleitet hat. Alles Liebe und Gute, a presto Familie Roth Ps. Das Olivenöl von Molino Verde schmeckt vorzüglich und wir haben gleich noch Vorrat für Zuhause mitgenommen.

Andrea si è dimostrato incredibilmente gentile e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze, anticipando ogni nostra richiesta con premura e disponibilità. La casa è davvero splendida: spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con gusto in ogni dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti e perfettamente puliti, dotati di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole.

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Soggiornare ad Orvieto è stata un’esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento di Barbara è semplicemente stupendo. Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La posizione centralissima ha reso facile raggiungere tutti i punti d’interesse più conosciuti. Barbara è stata superlativa. Grazie ancora per il grande supporto!

We loved staying at Casa Amelia! The apartment is newly remodeled, comfortably furnished, and the views are so lovely. We were able to walk to all we needed. The hosts were helpful at check in and out, making sure we were accommodated. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including coffee! We used the kitchen for simple meal preparation and found all we required there. It was a peaceful place to stay during our visit to the lovely Amelia.

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Avevo scelto Piediluco come località per una vacanza tranquilla e così è stato. Viste mozzafiato e ambiente pacifico e senza schiamazzi. Vicinissimo alle cascate delle Marmore per chi volesse qualche emozione. Giulia è stata perfetta, ha dato indicazioni chiare e precise. La casa era esattamente come descritta, accogliente, ordinata e ben rifinita. Ottima vacanza. Siamo soddisfatti

casa vacanze "la mattonara" è un bellissimo luogo immerso nel verde a2 passi da Viterbo....bellissima la piscina, bellissimo l'appartamento,fornito di tutto ma proprio tutto per passare una vacanza tra relax e cultura...i proprietari sono fantastici.....gentili disponibili e mai invadenti....ogni mattina ci hanno coccolato con degli ottimi dolcetti fatti in casa(buonissimi)...che dire...bellissima esperienza, spero di poterci ritornare quanto prima....grazie Mauro,grazie Nadia....siete stati il top!!!!

Alloggio molto curato, in posizione strategica per visitare il centro storico e comunque vicino al parcheggio Host molto gentile e proattiva, self check in senza intoppi. Il bagno, non grande, è funzionale ma non presenta il bidet.

Matteo was a perfect host, who greeted us and walked us through how to use everything. He gave us advice on attractions to visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The dishwasher, wifi and washing machine all worked well. Parking was secure, just under the apartment. The location was near a lovely park, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which was beautiful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the historic area, but also a very good kabob shop a short distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this unit, and our time in Viterbo. Carinissimo appartamento in stile medioevale in centro del paese, comodo per vedere tutto, curato nei minimi dettagli. Host molto disponibile e gentile ☺️

Siamo appena rientrati da questi giorni passati a Colleargento… siamo stati benissimo, persone eccezionali, la vacanza perfetta, quello che cercavamo! Grazie a tutta la famiglia, Patrizia, Sandro i loro figli e il cagnolino Bia! Arrivederci sicuramente!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Host gentile e comprensivo, alloggio pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la struttura è suggestiva, immersa nel verde e offre tutti i comfort per passare un piacevole soggiorno, in più Paolo ed Emanuela sono stati estremamente gentili e ospitali.
