We had a great stay at Marina and Dario's apartment! The place is perfect for a family. It had everything we needed! I strongly recommend!

Krásný malý domek se vším co jsme i pro naši poměrně velkou rodinu potřebovali, v zajímavém prostředí přístavu. Pár minut chůze na jednu nebo druhou stranu jsou pěkné veřejné pláže přístupné i psům. S Letizií jsme se osobně nepotkali, ale naše dotazy a přání vždy super rychle a ochotně zodpověděla a splnila. Doufám, že se sem vrátíme.

Ondrej ist wirklich ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Man konnte ihn immer gut erreichen und er hat uns vieles erklärt, was für die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung und auch für andere Dinge, z. B. die Garage, wichtig ist. Zusätzlich ist noch Jana vor Ort. Die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung war völlig problemlos. Bei Fragen war auch Jana immer sofort erreichbar. Solch eine gute Kommunikation findet man nur selten! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Fußgängerzone. Man kann das Auto in einer sehr geräumigen Garage parken und von dort auch jeden Tag irgendwo hin etwas unternehmen. Man muss nur beim Herunterfahren in die Tiefgarageneinfahrt (mit extra abgeschlossenen Garagentoren) etwas aufpassen, was aber kein Problem war. Die Betten sind hervorragend zum Schlafen, und die Wohnung lässt sich mit der Klimaanlage sehr gut heizen. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Auf dem großen überdachten Balkon lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

In general, our stay was very pleasant and without any big problems. The apartment is like on photos; very big and well divided, with a huge balcony, close to the beach and restaurants. What we didn't like? At the check in counter, we needed to pay extra fees for cleaning (40€) and 100€ caution, everything in cash, which were not announced on the Melinas profile and the offer. We didn't have the wifi connection for one day, as well. But the technician came shortly after we reported the problem. But beside that, very nice apartment and we recommend it to everyone!

Wir haben vier sehr gemütliche Tage in Ennios Unterkunft verbracht, besonders nett war die Lage direkt am kleinen Fischerhafen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entsprach der Beschreibung, der Check in mittels Schlüsselbox hat gut funktioniert. Einzige kleine Anregung wäre ein kleiner Duschvorleger im Bad. Sonst alles super ☺️

We loved being at Guiditta's place! It is well equipped for a beach getaway. The master bedroom was comfortable with a skylight and its own ac /heating unit. The bathrooms were what we expected and so were the other bedrooms. We did not realize that all of the rooms were upstairs when we booked so the person work mobility difficulties slept downstairs on the couch. We really appreciated how quickly Guiditta responded to questions and how central the place is in Grado.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit vielen feinen, kleinen Details, die uns gut gefallen haben, Zeichnungen an der Wand, Treibholzskulpturen, Muscheln u.ä. sowie ausgewählte Möbel. All dies, neben der herrlichen Terrasse, auf der ab nachmittags Schatten und immer wieder ein kühler Wind bläst, haben uns einen schönen Aufenthlat beschert. Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man selbst im Hochsommer mit geöffneten Fenstern einen angenehmen Durchzug erzeugen kann. Und wer auch ein bisschen Strandleben mit Musik am Abend mag, ist in der Hochsaison hier am richtigen Ort. Ebbe und Flut bekommt man hier zu Gesicht wie selten am Mittelmeer, auch das ist besonders. Um im Tiefen zu baden, geht man erstmal 200 m kniehoch ins Meer hinein. Wer es ein bisschen weniger lieblich mag, wird an der Werft von Monfalcone am Horizont Freude haben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Billo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Perfekte Wohnung für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand, Pool, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Trotzdem die gewünschte Ruhe, also nicht mitten im Trubel.

Etwas kompliziert zu finden. Unser Navi hat uns mit der Route von Airbnb falsch geschickt. Ist außerhalb von Triest. Meerblick ist wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist entweder über eine Stiege, Leiter oder sehr spitzen kleine Steine. Es gibt ein WC mit Dusche und ein separates WC - leider ohne Dusche- beim zweiten Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Super war die Steckdose in der Garage für unser Auto zum Laden.

We had a very nice vacation in Federico's apartment. The apartment is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The great pool area, the location right on the beach and the great view from the balcony are also positive things to mention. We were 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 9 years) and had more than enough space in the apartment. Federico and Laura are super nice and helpful hosts. The communication before and during the stay was great. Federico had provided us with all accurate and relevant information in advance. Even our late arrival was no problem and Federico had also reserved a parking space for us. All in all a 5 star service :-). It was certainly not our last stay in Federico's apartment. Super Unterkunft, sehr modern, alles toll neu hergerichtet. Die Lage war sensationell- Strand vor der Tür, tolle Lokale in der Nahe Wir werden wiederkommen

Nagyon jó helyen található a szállás, közel a tengerpart és csendes a környék. Szuper a 2 nagy terasz. Marco kifejezetten kommunikatív gyorsan válaszol.

Essendo di Trieste conoscevo molto bene la zona e ovviamente mi ha soddisfatto appieno… poter stare a letto la sera e ascoltare le onde del mare non ha prezzo. Svegliarsi la mattina e la prima cosa vedere è il mare per me era quello che cercavo. La casa semplicemente splendida, ci aspettavamo la casa e invece la host ha lasciato un frigorifero riempito e la mattina ci siamo potuti godere una colazione ammirando il mare. Consiglio a tutti!!!

The location is amazing. Both centrally located and on a cute back street in the pedestrian zone so you are both central and quiet. The place was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. It felt like staying at a friend’s apartment. There is a single AC unit that works well (even in August) but you must leave the bedroom doors open at night and the downstairs is warmer. It was more than sufficient for us. Great blackout shutters in the bedroom helped with light and temperature. Self-check in for a late arrival was very easy and seemingly not offered widely in Grado. The instructions to reach the apartment and access the keys were great. I did not see instructions for accessing the specific unit and we fumbled a bit in the dark. Ask in advance if you need. Parking in Grado is tricky. It was easiest and cheapest for us to park on the island, pay with the app, and walk to the place. There are limited times to access the pedestrian zone with host planning. Overall great experience

Appartement propre et bien agencé, pièce de vie et chambre spacieuses, kitchenette bien équipée. Situé à 2 pas de la plage et du centre, une fois arrivé sur place, plus besoin de prendre la voiture.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Maja war rundum perfekt! Schon bei der Ankunft hat man gemerkt, wie viel Wert sie darauf legt, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Sie ist unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die tolle Lage: Restaurants, Bars, der Hafen, die Promenade und der Strand sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
