Thank you had a wonderful “ mini- break” - everything was tip top and the flat is super clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. We were greeted by our friendly host who had provided a welcome snack of biscuits and home made cakes. He also left a supply of teas and coffee pods. If you have a car and are interested in history ( from Etruscan through Roman to Renaissance ) there are endless places to see. We are very much looking forward to coming back!

si può racchiudere tutto in una parola "FANTASTICO". ci siamo trovati benissimo e soprattutto la comunicazione con Massimo è stata fuori da ogni più rosea aspettativa. Persona splendida e disponibile sotto qualsiasi aspetto. Raramente mi è capitato di conoscere persone con queste qualità. Grazie di tutto e spero a breve di fare ancora un giro da queste parti. A presto!!!

Very spacious and airy appartment. Well heated in the winter. Great terrace with a fantastic view over the rooftops. Right in the centre, at the top, of a very hilly town!

Great place for a short or a long staying right in Viterbo center. This is a beautiful fully furnished apartment with all amenities close by. You will immediately feel home and Vincenzo is a great host. Highly recommended.

The perfect rustic get away. Great value for an authentic Italian countryside get away. Lovely pool and trampoline for the kids, comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen, friendly host who left us home baked treats and breakfast bits and was always happy to make a recommendation or give us lemons and eggs from the garden. We can’t wait to go back!

Abbiamo passato io e la mia compagna un bellissimo capodanno nell'appartamento di Sere e Sara ...l'appartamento era molto carino ben arredato,molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort ...inoltre si trova a due passi dalla piazza principale e la rocca di Manciano un bellissimo paesino medievale della Maremma ...lo consigliamo vivamente

Soggiornare ad Orvieto è stata un’esperienza fantastica. L’appartamento di Barbara è semplicemente stupendo. Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative. La posizione centralissima ha reso facile raggiungere tutti i punti d’interesse più conosciuti. Barbara è stata superlativa. Grazie ancora per il grande supporto!

A small apartment in the narrow alley of the old town. A real and pristine experience of the living there. The host was very responsive and proactive about the all questions we had. He really made maximum effort for us to feel well at his place.

We loved staying at Casa Amelia! The apartment is newly remodeled, comfortably furnished, and the views are so lovely. We were able to walk to all we needed. The hosts were helpful at check in and out, making sure we were accommodated. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including coffee! We used the kitchen for simple meal preparation and found all we required there. It was a peaceful place to stay during our visit to the lovely Amelia.

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

Thank you Perla for this gem. We had a great stay. Unfortunately my partner was sick while we were there so it wasn’t the stay in Orvieto we imagined but Perla was super kind and helpful.

casa vacanze "la mattonara" è un bellissimo luogo immerso nel verde a2 passi da Viterbo....bellissima la piscina, bellissimo l'appartamento,fornito di tutto ma proprio tutto per passare una vacanza tra relax e cultura...i proprietari sono fantastici.....gentili disponibili e mai invadenti....ogni mattina ci hanno coccolato con degli ottimi dolcetti fatti in casa(buonissimi)...che dire...bellissima esperienza, spero di poterci ritornare quanto prima....grazie Mauro,grazie Nadia....siete stati il top!!!!

Matteo was a perfect host, who greeted us and walked us through how to use everything. He gave us advice on attractions to visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The dishwasher, wifi and washing machine all worked well. Parking was secure, just under the apartment. The location was near a lovely park, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which was beautiful. There are many restaurants and coffee shops in the historic area, but also a very good kabob shop a short distance from the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this unit, and our time in Viterbo. Splendida casa storica in centro paese. perfetta per chi percorre la via Francigena per la comodità e la centralità. Arredata con gusto e cura dei dettagli

Posto molto molto tranquillo, ideale per visitare i dintorni, principalmente naturalistici, e con possibilità di trekking con partenza direttamente dal posto. Appartamento carino, fornito di tutto quello che può servire, e facilissimo da raggiungere. Parcheggio agevole e di fronte all'ingresso. Inoltre il castello di Balhtus, praticamente a fianco, è molto suggestivo

Carinissimo appartamento in stile medioevale in centro del paese, comodo per vedere tutto, curato nei minimi dettagli. Host molto disponibile e gentile ☺️

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

la casa è pulitissima e molto accogliente con una magnifica vasca idromassaggio per 2 su una vetrata panoramica dalla quale si riesce a vedere anche la famosa statua MOAI Luciana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tante utili informazioni per visitare al meglio la zona. la casa è comoda e fornita di tutto perfino i caricabatterie sul comodino. Vitorchiano già bella di per se' è un ottima soluzione per visitare Bomarzo, il paese delle fiabe, Celleno e il suo borgo Fantasma tutte interessantissime tappe consigliate da Luciana sulla strada per andare a Civita di Bagnoregio, Consigli di cui abbiamo fatto tesoro e che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più interessante . consigliatissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per un weekend romantico, l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in una zona tranquilla e rilassante a due passi dal lago. Avevo scelto questo posto per la presenza della vasca idromassaggio, che si è rivelata un vero plus: rilassante e ben tenuta. La camera era pulita, silenziosa e ben curata. Ottimo anche il servizio della colazione: ricco, con opzioni senza glutine e bevande calde preparate al momento, come cappuccino e caffè. Fabio ci ha accolto con grande disponibilità e gentilezza, fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili per godere al meglio del soggiorno e dei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato!
