Teresa’s home is a perfect holiday stay. The location is great, just behind the Biosphera with a taxi rank outside so easy to get about if you’re not a big ‘walker’ like my hubby. Teresa recommended restaurants and booked tables and taxis for us, as well as offering to put us in touch with medical aid when we went down with the flu/cough everyone seems to have. Would highly recommend Teresa as a host!

location is excellent, the villa it's self is very impressive, clean modern and has amazing views, shops bars restaurants within a 1 minutes walk, but still quiet at night! highly recommend

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Alejandro’s beautiful apartment. We sleep deeply and enjoyed many hours gazing out to the wonderful view. We were in the centre of the resort , its restaurants and shops but it wasn’t noisy . We would highly recommend this apartment.

Not long back from a 4 week stay at Linda's lovely apartment. Apartment was nice and clean, had all the amenities we needed, lovely balcony with sunshine all day overlooking a nice garden. The complex is partially residential/holiday homes and is very well maintained gardens and pool constantly being cleaned and attended to. There are plenty bars/restaurants on the doorstep or a 10 minute stroll into the main square or waterfront. Linda was great host. We had a couple of queries before booking (which was easy), and contacted her during our stay and was always helpful and quick to respond. Wee tip for future guests - don't leave your towels unattended at the pool if going back to the apartment for lunch, the security guard may remove them. It's ok if playing in the pool and remember the red pool card card as he will.ask for it. Fair enough, that's the complex's rules. Great holiday though and love to return.

Séjour très agréable chez Eva qui est très accueillante, prévenante , discrète tout en étant dispo pour rendre service . L'appartement est bien situé sur l'ile malgré la proximité de l'aéroport et permet de bien sillonné l'île. Proximité de nombreux commerce. Visite quotidienne d'un paon majestueux dans le jardin privé. Appartement très bien équipé et propre.

i have enjoyed at maximum our stay here. even though the residence is growded with expats, it remains silent and family vibe. the appartment is exactly as describbed and i want to add an extra point for the bed which helped me to have a great sleep, not something you find easy o´ an airbnb. The host is amazing. very helpfull and responsive. all in all, if you are a couple looking for a good deal with a mix of everything needed, don´t hesitate to give it a try to this place

We spent 11 days with Natalia and had a wonderful stay. The apartment is small, but it lacks nothing and is perfectly adequate and tastefully furnished. The terrace and the pool are of course a big plus, although we didn't use the pool as it was still too cold/windy for us. Checking in was completely unproblematic. Tias itself is in a great location and not a classic tourist town, which we really enjoyed. Ideal as a base for all trips. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

Während vier Wochen haben wir die Unterkunft Meeresbrise in Costa Teguise genossen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für Ausflüge, die Busshaltestelle ist in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sicherer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder und zum nächsten Sandstrand ist es ein kurzer Spatziergang . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet mit sehr praktischer Küche. Maria und Oscar sind sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die Kommunikation wunderbar unkompliziert und unaufdringlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr still, der Garten der Anlage wird gepflegt und der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Auch der zweite Pool mit Salzwasser ist ein Genuss. Waschmaschine funktioniert bestens und Reinigungsmittel in Hülle und Fülle vorhaden. Der Supermercado ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Special Event Sintflut: Wir erlebten ein heftiger Regenguss bei dem in der Umgebung viele Lokale mit Überschwemmungen und Stromausfällen zu kämpfen hatten. Die Wohnung blieb absolut unversehrt. Ganz herzlichen Dank für alles.

Appartamento che si affaccia sul mare. Una camera matrimoniale e una cameretta+ bagno (provvisto di asciugamani) e divano e sala ampie. Ampio terrazzo. Molto luminoso. Daniel ha risposto subito alle nostre richieste, anticipando il check-in e lasciandoci un libricino con tutte le varie attrazioni consigliate. La posizione è ottimale per fare due passi la sera. Nei dintorni si possono trovare supermarket, negozi e tanti ristoranti sul lungo mare

Victoria se mostró siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Las instrucciones para llegar al alojamiento son claras. Esta cerca de la playa y del aeropuerto. También hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca

Great location, easy access to main strip, quiet and peaceful , good security , well maintained gardens. Apartment exactly as described great value for the money.

What can I say, the stay was just perfect all round. The instructions and communication were spot on and we found and accessed the apartment following the instructions with no issues at all., we even had a video of how to find the apartment on the complex. A €25 taxi ride from the Airport and we were there and in the apartment in 25 mins. The apartment had everything you could need, we only went for 5 days with hand luggage and didn't need anything else. - Very peaceful location amd complex. - Lovely view from the very private terrace and sun all day from mid morning - Fast Fibre Internet connection ~200Mbps (Faster than home) - Mobile Signal was fantastic there, again better than at home. - 2 x Local supermarkets, doctors, pharmacys, taxis, buses, bars & restaurants all on your doorstep. - Lovely beach an easy 5 min walk away - Lively town centre 10-15 min walk away for shopping or night life. - The pool on the complex was lovely and peaceful, nice size. Lovely friendly Island :)

Would highly recommend!!! Came for week with the family over October half term. The accommodations is very spacious with a great lay out. The flat is recently renovated so everything is bright new. The location is very central for restaurants and activities. The highlight of the flat is the two spacious terraces. The downstairs terrace we used every day for breakfast, the upstairs terrace was great for sub bathing, bbq and AMAZING views. The terraces are well sheltered which was great when you have an occasional gust of wind in October. Naomi was a great host, always responding to queries and was kind enough to let us have a late check out which was highly appreciated especially since we had delayed flights and were travelling with kids.

Apt 01 is lovely, clean, modern and secure, the gated apartment is within a gated community, furnished with all you need to a high specification a place that feels more like a home than a holiday let. The bed was extremely comfortable, showers great and the WiFi the best I've experienced in the Canaries. The terrace with sunbeds, sofas and of course the hot tub was a lovely place to relax. Within a short stroll is a Supermarket, lovely Restaurant, Car Hire and a Farmacia. It is on a hill which gives the views 5 mins walk to harbour, 10 mins to nearest beach and 15 mins to strip, maybe a bit longer coming back up. We were there Monday till Saturday only noise heard was from the Disco below on the Friday night, low level thud of the beat wouldn't wake you but can be heard if awake hence the discount. Was a great stay and great value for money.

Loly y su hijo una maravilla hemos pasado 4 días allí, te deja comida en la nevera para poder desayunar y por no hablar de las rosquillas hechas por ella.. una anfitriona como no había visto nunca. Estoy segura que si volvemos a la isla, que volveré, me volveré a alojar aquí ! Sois un encanto ojalá todos fueran como vosotros!!! Desde Valladolid os recomendaré a todo el que me pregunte !!! Fantastic accommodation with amazing views and Alyson is a great host. The pictures do not do the view justice! I would not hesitate recommending this place and would definitely book again on a return visit to Lanzarote. If you are thinking of booking Alyson’s place, I would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your visit.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to restaurants and bars. The host always responded quickly to our messages. We requested a late check-out and, although there was an additional charge, the host was very kind in allowing it. I would recommend adding air conditioning to make the stay even better. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Un vrai coup de chance, la maison est super bien équipée, c est simple il y a tout ! Joliment décorée. Une grande partie des activités sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Le quartier est calme. Très bonne expérience pour une 1ere à lanzarote.
