Our stay was great! Location is awesome. Only thing is the pictures on when we booked showed a two story loft and it was not this at all. Because we were only staying one night it didn’t bother us so much but if I was paying to stay longer I would have been upset. Otherwise check in was easy and place was very clean. Thank you!

we really enjoyed Alberto's place. We had air conditioning for the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen was fully outfitted. we had bed sheets and towels. Excellent cleaning service halfway through the week. The place was steps away from the boardwalk.... Central to everything. The dive shop I used was a six minute walk and a 2 minute walk to the ferry pier to go to Playa Del Carmen. We highly recommend Alberto's place for anyone visiting Cozumel.

Lindo lugar, bastante cómodo para quedarte unos cuantos días, tiene muchas tiendas cerca, no está muy cerca de los destinos turísticos, está muy bien para la calidad-precio, lo recomiendo

Great location, host, and apartment. Apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Never had any issues with the internet (I worked remotely and stayed here for 2 months). Host was extremely helpful and we had a free cleaning every 2 weeks. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed.

Good location, centrally located while being quiet. Jay provided some useful recommendations for places to eat which was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Great apartment on top floor- lots of space, flexible check out. Communication very good and location excellent. A little noisy as on the main road. A good find and good value compared to the rather rundown hotels in the area.

Maria’s place was amazing! Fantastic experience, amazing location, everything you could possibly need in Playa del Carmen. Close to absolutely everything. Restaurants, the beach, bars, stores, everything you can imagine. Communication with Maria was excellent, she was able to provide tips during our trip and she was always on top of anything we could need. This IS the place to stay at Playa del Carmen. Thank you Maria! You’re AWESOME!

Great spot—clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive when needed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

El lugar estuvo increíble. El apartamento es demasiado bello y acogedor, ideal para parejas. Mi novia y yo la pasamos muy bien y nos encantó. Todo está muy cerca, hay restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca, ni que decir de la cercanía a la 5 Avenida. Un lugar 10 de 10. Excelente.

Hemos pasado tres días hermosos. La habitación se encuentra a unos minutos de la playa y de la vía principal, lo que permite disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Además, el barrio es muy tranquilo y la habitation en si es muy bonita. Un punto más por el guardia nocturno :) gracias por todo Dania!

Recomendable 100% Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pareja o persona sola. A 5-10 min andando de quinta avenida , con parking subterrraneo privado para el coche y lavadora. El apartamento se encuentra al lado de un Walmart por si quieres hacer una compra grande para tu estadía y cocinar en el apartamento. Eder nos abrió el departamento y nos dio unas sugerencias para hacer en playa del Carmen Buen sitio

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

Great host, clear communication, exactly as advertised. Great place if you are okay with walking, which I don't mind at all. Just off the tourist district, felt safe, locals were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to have known prior too is that there is no alcohol allowed in that area, only at your residence. You also cannot purchase any alcohol around the area. Not a big deal, just a heads up. The caretakers of the building were lovely, helpful and always greeting you! Taco truck across the street is very popular, always busy at night! Oxxo store within two blocks is very convenient. I'd be happy to stay there again!

I stayed here 2 weeks. Claudia was very responsive & good with communication. I very much appreciated being a short ways out of the center & got around on scooter easily. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We had a small issue with the gym but the host was very quick to find a resolution. Special perks of parking, having a kitchen, and being very close to small shops for beverages and snacks were great. The apartment felt safe to me, solo foreign female traveler. I would stay again :)

2 semanas atras me hospede en el Airbnb de Pedro, todo estuvo muy bien, el lugar está en una buena localización, caminando se llega al mercado y al centro, a unos pasos hay un Oxxo, también quiero felicitar lo honesto que son, ya que dejé olvidado mis audífonos en el airbnb y ellos de la manera más amable me lo van a entregar, se los agradezco mucho! Definitivamente regresaría a este Airbnb.

Teo est une femme extraordinaire, elle a un sens de l'hospitalité rare dans ce monde. C'est ma plus belle expérience de voyage au Mexique. L'appartement est typiquement mexicain, avec des couleurs, un hamac, une terrasse arborée de belles plantes que Teo soigne avec attention. C'était génial, je recommande à 200%

Great studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spent the month of February 2025. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, two grocery supermarkets in two blocks, the fifth Avenue, a stadium in five minutes. Luis is a great host! Very hospitable, friendly, responsive to any request, answers quickly. The studio is simple but cozy, with private terrace and a comfortable kitchen, where I found everything for cooking food, which saved a lot of money for me)) A good place, like it.

An excellent studio apartment for 1 or 2 persons! Everything required to prepare meals! Comfortable kingsize bed! Amazing rooftop dipping pool! Karla is FANTASTIC! Recommendations for many places!

Carolina’s apartment was perfect for a long stay in Playa del Carmen for 2 people. The location was a perfect distance into the centre with easy access to shops, cafes and the gym. The pool and bbq area were beautiful and quiet and the complex was also very secure. Carolina & Kevin were very responsive and kind hosts and helped us with any need or question! We highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

for me this was the best place and very accommodating guess in the middle of everything solo traver !
