Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

The place is beautiful and in a very convenient and walkable location to Old Town. Check in was smooth and Jorge and Josue even let us check in early which was very generous. Josue was present to show us around and answer any questions. Great hosts and i would highly recommend them. They were very communicative and easy to get ahold of

Excellent location, simple apartment with all the amenities you need. Daniel was very responsive when we needed something. Two blocks away from the beach. Walking distance to the beach clubs, bars and restaurants. Apartment is adjacent to a busy street so you hear a little bit of traffic noise.

Recomiendo mucho el alojamiento de Gerwin, todo está como en las imágenes y el lugar está perfecto, es muy transitable a pie y cerca de todo. Gerwin fue increíble, siempre estuvo atento a lo que nos hiciera falta y por mucho, nos permitió hacer check-in en el alojamiento. En realidad, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

Beautiful modern apartment with a king-sized bed and rooftop pool with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Chris and Karla are the host and hostess with the mostest. I stayed at their place for an entire month, and it was very well stocked with everything I could possibly need, including beach chairs and an umbrella, which I got a lot of use of. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of local restaurants and cafes nearby if you’re like me and don’t like to cook too much. I highly recommend Tacoquila & Market next door, where I would buy daily necessities and had some of the freshest and most flavorful guacamole and tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Jackson is a great chef and bartender. Polo, who helps manage the apartment, was super helpful. The neighbors are all lovely too. 10/10 highly recommend.

Rob and Host Alfredo demonstrated extreme attentiveness to our arrival preparations and a clear thorough explanation of new keyless entry instructions. We were impressed by the unit's well-stocked supplies, which included soap, trash bags, and other necessities. Moreover, Rob's supply of fresh water was a thoughtful touch, greatly appreciated, as it eliminated the inconvenience of having to carry numerous water bottles for cooking and drinking purposes. Upon observation, I found the coffee maker to be slightly outdated, necessitating a considerable amount of scrubbing to align with our preferences. However, I am delighted to say that it successfully delivered a delicious cup of morning coffee throughout our stay. This marked our second stay with Rob, and we eagerly anticipate planning our next visit, hopefully securing his unit, which boasts one of the best views to watch a sunset and hear the ocean waves crash against the shore, making it a truly relaxing destination.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

Le condo de Stefano est super confortable. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec la piscine, la vue spectaculaire sur la mer et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. L’immeuble est très bien entretenu grâce à Juanita qui est régulièrement présente sur les lieux. Elle s’occupe aussi du condo de Stefano; elle est digne de confiance et fiable. Stefano a à coeur le bien être de ses visiteurs, il s’assure que tout va bien et nous avise lors d'événement lorsque nécessaire. Il est réactif et en mode solution, nous les avons beaucoup appréciés. Bien que le condo soit situé en colline, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Apartment was much bigger than the pictures made it look. Nice rooftop view. Great communication and very helpful.

Amazing rooftop pool but the drinks are pricey, service is great though. Elevators are confusing at first. Was a little annoyed how many times the management group asked for the same information. Overall would certainly stay here again! Tip, walking out the front entrance, walk to the right and there are some stairs that get you down the street without having to cross highway on the corner if there is traffic.

Bueno, bonito y barato. Buena ubicación, apartamento es bien amplio. Tener la lavadora en el apartamento es un plus. Es exactamente como las fotos. Sin sorpresas. 100% recomendado

This was an excellent space and is right up the street from the Malecon and just over the bridge from Zona Romantica. I really love staying here. The kitchen had everything you could need, it was very clean and the AC worked very well. There are a few things to note on the not great side. The shower gets warm, never hot. It was mostly a nonissue for me, but there were a couple days during my trip I really wanted a hot shower! Another thing to note, N.A. this is both good and bad, is that there are no windows so I slept great, but sometimes found it difficult to wake up without any natural light coming into the unit. And lastly, during my stay there were lots to gnats that I couldn’t get rid of and many days there were large roaches that would run out from under the fridge. To end on a great note, the owner and their staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Check in was smooth and they were incredibly responsive!

James’ apartment was exactly as listed and exactly as the photos shown. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The apartment is very well appointed and very comfortable, with a beautiful living/dining room with doors that open onto a lovely balcony with views that span the entire area. You can see the ocean on one side and the mountain on the other side. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast out there each morning. And then enjoyed drinks out there watching the sunset. We really enjoyed the location as it’s at the end of a road, so quieter, but still right in the middle of everything. Nothing was more than a 10 minute walk. I would absolutely recommend James’ apartment and we would definitely stay again when we come back to PV.

El departamento está en excelentes condiciones, muy funcional para un viaje familiar, además hay que decir que todas las áreas comunes están en excelente estado, con albercas climatizadas, lo cual es perfecto para los pequeños, ¡el atardecer es imperdible desde la alberca principal! nos pareció un gran lugar para una estadía incluso de mediano plazo porque el departamento está perfectamente equipado (incluso lavadora)

I enjoyed my stay at this Avida unit! The space was clean, cozy, and just as pictured. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, and the rooftop pool and lounge area were a huge plus. The location was super convenient with shops, food spots, and transportation all nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout. Would definitely stay here again

Excelente alojamiento, todo súper limpio y sin problema para acceder al edificio. El anfitrión si tenías alguna duda, respondía a la brevedad. Quedamos encantados y obvio la súper recomendamos.
