We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Soggiorno perfetto, Simona è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito informazioni utili riguardo le attrazioni e i posti da visitare nei pressi dell'alloggio. La casa è spaziosa e ottima per 2 persone, in uno posizione strategica per poter visitare alcuni dei più bei luoghi e paesi nella Val D'Orcia. Purtroppo non è stato possibile visitare le vicine terme di San Filippo a causa del maltempo, ma distanti a soli 10 minuti di macchina. Tutto ottimo e sicuramente le belle recensioni sono più che meritate!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, ce fut des vacances magnifiques, le village est très typique et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Alessandro nous a donné toutes les informations ainsi que les bonnes adresses, il y a 3 restaurant dans le village qui sont très bons . l'appartement est très bien situé dans le village ( à 30 secondes pour le café du matin ainsi que la boulangerie) cuisine , chambres, salle de bain propre et spacieuse. à 20 minutes des plages turquoise nous y retournerons sûrement une prochaine fois, Et petite cerise sur le gâteau , le dernier jour nous avons assisté à un petit concert sur la place du village ou Alessandro était à la guitar ;) je recommande les yeux fermés.

La casa dove abbiamo alloggiato era bellissima, immersa nel verde. Tutto pulito e accogliente. Mirko ci ha lasciato anche la legna per accendere il caminetto, è stato molto piacevole. La comunicazione immediata ed efficiente. Posizione strategica. Consigliato!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Bernadino! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und toll gelegen mit einmaligem Blick auf die Weinberge. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und der Jacuzzi ein absolutes Highlight! Wir haben von Bernadino gute Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und an einem Abend leckeres toskanisches Essen bekommen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und typisch toskanisch. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben :) Vielen Dank!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Eine sehr schöne mit Style eingerichtete Wohnung. Tolle ruhige Umgebung mit tollen hilfreichen Menschen.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! L’appartement est spacieux avec une décoration typique et soignée. Le lieu est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur San Gimignano. Mais surtout, Concetta et Paolo sont des hôtes accueillants et de très bon conseil. Ils sont vraiment à l’écoute et réactifs en cas de problème. Malheureusement, une météo un peu maussade nous a privées du plaisir de la piscine mais il y a tellement de lieux à découvrir dans cette superbe région ! Nous recommandons cet hébergement…

Mario, Anna and Claudia are such a wonderful family and lovely hosts . They want to make sure you have the best stay ever. The beauty of this property and Siena itself is one you see in paintings . I was so sad to leave after 3 nights I asked if we could extend because I wish we booked longer ! Everything is breathtaking. This is the best booking we have made in our 13 years of marriage. You will not be disappointed. I am already planning our next trip back and thinking of renting the entire villa for that trip! Thank you for the best stay !!

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

Le logement est très agréable, authentique, situé dans un cadre exceptionnel, au calme avec vue sur les collines toscanes. Monica est accueillante et chaleureuse. Instructions précises pour l'accès à la maison. Nous recommandons !

Tout d'abord parlons de la maison, une maison spacieuse sur deux étages avec une architecture bois/pierre magnifique. Un jardin parfait pour se relaxer avec hamac, transat et bien sûr le jaccuzi, un havre de paix si vous voulez avoir un magnifique paysage et de la tranquillité avec le chant des oiseaux. De plus, je voudrais remercier Senta pour avoir été présente pour nous, pour répondre à toutes nos questions. C'est une personne extrêmement bien veillante. Pour finir merci à Lorenzo que nous avons pu rencontrer qui s'est rendu disponible très rapidement quand nous avons eu besoin de lui. Il ne parlait pas très bien anglais ce qui a donné une situation drôle car nous parlons que très peu italien, mais les actes compte plus que les mots. Merci Senta et Lorenzo. Nous reviendrons !!! Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.

La casa era molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli con grande gusto. Tutto era pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto, rendendo il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Grazie per l’ospitalità e arrivederci!

abbiamo soggiornato in 8 amici per il capodanno, nonostante il nostro ritardo all'arrivo Riccardo si è trattenuto per spiegarci la storia della casa e dei suoi dintorni. è sempre stato disponibile ed interessato sulla comodità del nostro soggiorno. la casa è veramente magnifica, ancora più grande di quel che si vede in foto e veramente ben tenuta. il tragitto per arrivare non è semplicissimo ma una volta imparato diventa più semplice.

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!

The villa was absolutely stunning and the hosts were warm and friendly…truly felt right at home! It is very private and remote beautiful community, I highly recommend multiple cars if multiple couples are traveling together. The villa truly had everything you can possibly need for your stay. The owners take great pride in the home and maintain it pristinely. The hosts were on site to receive us and explain the amenities and were extremely communicative via what’s app for any questions or recommendations we had during our stay. 10/10 recommend this villa for your Tuscany stay!
