Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con alberca en Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera

Esta casa tiene todo, cuenta con todo, las instalaciones impecables, Miguel en todo momento te hará sentir en casa. Volvería a hospedarme de nuevo con mi familia aquí. Es una casa hermosa en todos los sentidos... y cuenta con los suficientes estacionamientos para todos tus integrantes.

Todo muy bien con la casa, de acuerdo a la publicación, estuvimos un grupo de 11 personas muy a gusto, muy agradable para pasar el día en la alberca y el jardín, solo que el condominio es muy exigente con sus reglas y poco flexibles con los huéspedes, no permiten la entrada de camionetas, se debe estacionar en la calle principal, aunque es muy seguro, el acceso es muy controlado y en ocasiones puede ser excesivo cuando estás relajado y de vacaciones.

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

This home is beautiful and in a great location! The beach and lots of restaurants and shopping are very close. We loved that we were able to park inside a gated area so our car felt safe. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We also loved the included filtered water. Just a note, there are lots of concrete stairs inside the unit so we had to pay close attention to our 1 year old, it may also be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

La casa de Letty es sentirse como en casa. Ella es muy atenta y amable, no tuvimos problema alguno. La verdad es que superó nuestras expectativas, recomendamos 100% el lugar.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

La estancia fue muy agradable. El departamento está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara en todo momento. Sin duda es una buena opción si buscas relajarte frente al mar.

We wanted a place that had a little more activity and this was perfect. Coco Bongo was right next door, along with many other nightclubs. The condo building was right on the beach and the view spectacular. The beach in front of the condo was a little rough but you could walk down the beach where there is an area protected by a jetty that was more calm. There is a bus stop in front of the building and the bus came along every few minutes making it easy to get up and down the hotel zone. This was the condo for us and we really enjoyed it.

El lugar está muy lindo, cómodo y limpio. Todo funcionaba bien, salvo en uno de los baños donde el chorro de la ducha era muy débil y había que pegarse a la pared para bañarse. Pero en general, todo excelente. ¡Volvería sin dudas!

Una vista preciosa el lugar es hermoso y el departamento es hermoso

Great space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 5yr old, 2 yr old) In the center of Playa Norte, 4 minute walk to either Playa Centro or Playa Norte. 1/2 a block from Hidalgo street via a super well lit cute alley way. We did NOT rent a golf cart it was so easy to walk everywhere. The bedroom has a king bed and plenty of room for our 2 yr old travel crib. We too the king futon in the living room so we could be in the living space after the kids went to sleep early. The pool was clean and whole too cold in November to really swim was excellent to splash our feet in. There was an external pool bathroom and shower which was plenty handy. We always felt safe and in case you like extra security know there is an external gate at the condo entrance that has a key code and was always locked from the street. The host chatted to us via text and was very responsive when we had a small request.
