Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

Il nostro soggiorno di tre settimane nella casa di Gabriele è stato ottimo. La casa è molto bella, pulita e provvista di tutto. Si trova in un'ottima posizione che consente di andare al mare in cinque minuti. Un posto tranquillo, silenzioso, davvero confortevole. La presenza dell'aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti ci ha permesso di affrontare i giorni più caldi senza stress. Gabriele e la sua famiglia sono stati gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet street near the seaside in Ortigia. We loved the spacious terrace where we could enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening (when it was not raining). Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We slept very well in a comfortable bed in the sleeping room in the upper floor with the sound of the sea in the background. Whenever we had a question Emilia answered quickly, thanks also for good recommendations of restaurants etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Emilia's place.

THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

First time in Syracuse - we chose Salvatore’s place as it is perfectly located in the beautiful Ortigia island and looked both smart and with a small outdoor roof space. We were not disappointed! The place is perfect, tasteful and suited us really well (a couple). Great bed and shower, good facilities in the kitchen and everything is literally spotless. The small balcony/ roof space was delightful to sit outside in the morning sun or evening. The location could not be better as it is literally within 5-10 walking distance from beautiful sites, the sea and great restaurants. Salvatore was really helpful and friendly - assisted us for example on booking a space for our car very close to the house, recommended restaurants etc. You will be lucky if you get to stay in this lovely place in gorgeous Syracuse!

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!

This is a fantastic location; you wake up next to a great beach and the view is wonderful. The place was very clean and the hosts are friendly and helpful. You're close to famous Sicilian highlights.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Sara’s place was great. Extremely spacious and could not be any closer to the beautiful beach and lido. We went a little before the holiday season started so most restaurants/shops in Fontane Bianche were closed, which is something to be aware of when you book.

We loved our 7 night stay at Carmelos, three of us stayed and we had a room each, double bed, sofa bed and single bed up a steep ladder on a small mezzanine floor. I didn’t need to pull out the sofa bed as it was big enough as it was and very comfy. The kitchen was user friendly . We felt very safe and comfortable. I’m glad we stayed there. Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We had a fabulous week at Lucia’s apartment. It was great to be so close to the sea and within east reach of the beautiful towns of Noto and Syracuse. The apartment is spacious and great for a family with young children.

Ottima villetta indipendente, pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario. Comunicazione con Paolo e Kora eccezionale, così come la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Posizione fantastica, a 2 min a piedi dal mare, non più di un’ora da tante celebri località della Sicilia (Noto -15min, Marzamemi -30min, Ragusa -45min). Vicino a ristoranti e supermercati. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità del posto e la totale indipendenza. Speriamo di ritornarci presto e sicuramente la consiglieremo :) Grazie di cuore!

We had a pleasant stay at the Blue House. Titti, who lives next door, was very helpful and gave great tips for local restaurants and activities. We were lucky with the weather and, despite visiting in the off-season, enjoyed breakfast outside in the sun. The location offers beautiful ocean views and is a great starting point for day trips—a rental car is highly recommended! A stunning beach with cliffs is also nearby. Avola felt a bit aged as a tourist spot, with some closed or abandoned booths and restaurants and a few run-down buildings, likely due to the off-season. While we found other places in Sicily more picturesque, they were also more touristy. We had one power cut after using too many devices (stove, hairdryer, AC/heating), but once we figured it out, it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we recommend the place! Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

We loved our stay at Maria Theresa’s place! The apartment was lovely, and Maria Theresa was very kind and responsive throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the restaurant just below the apartment, which made it a bit noisy until around midnight. Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Enrico was waiting our arrival. He very helpful, was clear and patient with instructions and suggestions. The apartment is well located with wonderful view from terrace. AC was appreciated, even in late October. Kitchen was very well appointed, including a variety of seasonings, some foodstuffs and coffee. Living room very comfortable with good reading lights, for those relaxing times.
