Very beautiful villa with huge rooms, fantastic paddy fields view, very cozy. Mr.Tri also very helpful and try his best to make our stay comfortable. Location near many tourist attractions with less crowded traffic. Highly recommended place to stay.

VerLyDerm House merupakan tempat yang nyaman untuk liburan beberapa hari bersama orang banyak. Di dalam rumah pun banyak yang bisa dilakukan, mulai dari berenang, menonton, atau sekadar mengobrol bersama di ruang keluarga atau saung. Verdy sebagai host pun sangat ramah dan helpful, selalu memberikan respons yang cepat setiap kali kami chat. Lokasi rumahnya juga bagus, dekat dengan beragam kafe dan restoran. Tempat parkir pun luas dan cukup untuk 3-4 mobil (kalau kecil). Tata ruangan di dalam rumah pun nyaman, dan rumahnya tergolong adem untuk ukuran Jogja. Ventilasi udara juga bagus dan dapat diakses dari mana-mana. Kalau masih kepanasan, AC pun ada di setiap kamar. Kami sangat nyaman tinggal di rumah ini. Terima kasih!

We enjoyed our few days here. The breakfast and laundry services were much appreciated. The space offered a peaceful, traditional feel inside the city. The pool provided a refreshing start to each day. We loved our time in Yogya and this space certainly played a part.

Was a absolutly nice stay at the javanese wooden House in a very quiet area. Was nice to be between the locals and still there is space to relaxe inside the house and at the terrace. Its more in the outter area from the center but we walked a lot, what we like and its easy to find a Grab. Very lovely stay.

Such a homey accommodation for large group. Safe neighbourhood in a residential area, close to city center. Very sufficient amenities: soap, shampoo, towels are provided. Sufficient kitchen appliances.

Booked this for my mom and our family and they had a good time stayinh at Andrean’s place. The place was clean and they let my mom to drop off her luggage ahead of time before check in.

Villa bersih dan nyamam

Rumah ini sangat nyaman, tenang, sejuk, bersih, rapih, dan tentunya fasilitas lengkap terdapat alat masak, dispenser, penanak nasi, alat makan, dapur, 2 kamar mandi yang dilengkapi water heater. Tersedia 3 kamar dengan tempat tidur yang banyak, bahkan terdapat extrabed juga tanpa biaya tambahan, rumah ini cukup hingga 8-10 orang dewasa. Ini rumah nyaman dan enak untuk staycation dengan keluarga dengan tenang dan nyaman.

The host was always very responsive and helpful and It was easy to checkin. The place was very clean and it was so much space, we felt very comfortable. There are many restaurants, food stalls and small shops nearby.

We ve stayed for 2 nights at Bu Ayu's place. it was very pleasant stay. Ibu Ayu and bapak, been very helpful. Her place is super clean, nice interior design, very confy, complete amenities, very generous with coffe,tea and indomie. She and her husband are very profesional couple. Happy to stay here, worth every penny.

Tempatnya bersih, tapi water heater hanya ada di 1 toilet dalam kamar. Kolam ikan sudah tidak sebersih di foto. Sisanya sangat recommended, lokasi cukup ditengah kota, host sangat ramah.

Pas awal dateng, karena grab nya salah lokasi tapi mas heri tetep jemput kedepan dan guide kita ketempatnya. Lalu rumahnya sangat private karena yg menginap semuanya perempuan kita merasa aman. Minus nyaa, pintu kamar mandi sempet ga bisa kebuka dan adek saya kekunci tapi untungnya mas heri sigap membantu. Overall semuanya nyaman dan enak menempati rumahnya.

I love the place as it shows exactly like the photos on the apps. place is very comfortable with not too much elegant touch. you will feel like you are actually at home. Dian who met us during check-in time was very kind as well. she explained all the important things and is very responsive when we have any question. I will book this place again for sure when I come back with my family next time

I had an amazing stay at Abimanyu Surya's House Godean! The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and feels just like home. The amenities provided are top-notch, from kitchen utensils to a rice cooker, fridge, linens, fast wifi, and a smart TV. Everything is just perfect, making my stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Godean. Thanks

very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D
