great stay for anyone who likes peace and quite. no neighbors so u can relax out on the porch enjoying the view without seeing anything but the lake and beautiful trees.

nice little spot to just relax and get away

Loved being in the great outdoors! Watched the rain from the two rocking chairs. Ate breakfast outside too at the bench area. The space was big enough for husband, myself,and our 8 month old. We saw a few animals from the porch as well. Place truly felt like home, and the host was super responsive/friendly whenever I needed them. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a slice of the great outdoors and wants to appreciate the beautiful heritage of the Choctaw area down the road.

Our family of 6 had a great vacation here! There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and stay entertained. Everything was very clean and felt new. The deck is a great addition—we ate dinner on the table out there, stargazed, played board games, and my kids loved playing the giant connect four games they have out there. We did a campfire and Nick and Hailey have chopped wood ready to go. The cabin is in a great location—safe and peaceful, but also close enough to go explore the area. We loved the viewing point just above the cabin. We visited Robbers Cave State park while there and we also went fishing just down the road from the cabin. Such a fun getaway! We will definitely be coming back to stay here.

It was one of the best places we have stayed at in terms of how nice the place is taken care of. How stocked everything was; kitchen with everything you need, pots, spices, oil, trash bags (we have been at places that do not put enough!), grill utensils, etc. even some goodies for us when we arrived. Overall we loved the house and how quiet it was around.

My parents, brothers and I were so excited to spend Christmas at this cabin and it did not disappoint! They even decorated the place and it was beautiful. We had a problem with the WiFi not being able to connect even after doing what we were told to fix it. Other than that small problem we enjoyed the rest of the cabin! They even provided a few board games. Thank you so much for hosting us!
